Enigma Resort — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

Last week-end we celebrated one of our best friends in Constanta and because we love the sea we decided to stay in Mamaia at Enigma Resort Hotel. ||||The hotel is located in the northern part of Mamaia, closed to some famous nightclubs as Loft, Bamboo and Fratelli, near to the main street (Mamaia Blv.) and at aprox. 100 m from the beach. ||||Enigma Resort Hotel is in fact small bungalows, with green spaces between them and wood docks in front of each room, where you can chat with your friends in the evening, enjoying a glass of wine.||||The rooms are very spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, nice sheets and all necessary amenities (AC, TV, minibar, safe box, bathrobes, slippers, etc. including dental kit (toothbrush and toothpaste) – a rare item you can find in a hotel). My friends and I appreciated the bathrooms and the showers. Beside their cleanness, they are roomy and nicely designed. ||||The hotel staff is friendly, smiling and ready to welcome you. ||||Even if the weather was cloudy and rainy, we spent two lovely relaxing days at Enigma Resort Hotel.||||NOTE: Please be informed that I visited this hotel during the low season. very warm hospitality and the service is kind and helpful thank you ANNA and TURKYAN. the room has a lovely decor we liked it and everything was functioning well.the aircon works great . The Deck in the terrace could be fantastic to sit there at night if it only had a light, its not pleasent to be there in the dark .the breakfast is served looking on the sea. ...and then came HELL - there is no other way to describe it, out of the coastal strip of about 20 km of MAMAIA we 'landed' on the only beach that has techno music 20 hourse EVERYDAY without even thinking that there are Hotels and beaches and PEOPLE that came for several days of vacation and relaxing enviornment.one cant even imagine what it does to someone ear and mind. its tiring , you dont sleep not during the day not at night until 4 in the morning. we left a day early , ||they killed our vacation !! || i axpected that the Enigma advertisment of their place will mentioned that the place is more suitable for young ppl so grownups like us would not go 500 k"m of disappointment. Am fost cazati la Engima Resort in septembrie, anul acesta, pentru un sejur de 7 zile. Am fost initial cazati intr-o camera unde in momentul in care am intrat mirosea a urina, in baie igrasie in colturile dusului, capacul vasului de toaleta avea o urma de lipici/scoch. Am anuntat-o pe domnisoara de la receptie care intr-un ton revoltat ne-a redirectionat catre guvernanta menajerelor, spunandu-ne ca dansei trebuie sa ii explicam de ce nu dorim sa ne cazam in aceasta camera. Pe banii nostri, ca la scoala, trebuia sa dam noi explicatii. Zis si facut, doamna respectiva era insotita de o domnisoara camerista care venise cu o laveta murdara si un spray anti calcar. Au simtit si dansele mirosul, iar capacul vasului de toaleta nu a putut fi remediat, raspunsul fiind ca “asta e”. Am cerut o alta camera, in care mirosea a produse de curatenie. Insa....praful era sters de “ochii soacrei”, ceea ce inseamna ca la colturi erau panze de paianjeni, iar baia..... pozele vorbesc de la sine referitor la curatenie si conditiile din baie. Le-am chemat din nou pe doamnele respective, care au justificat igrasia ca fiind rezultatul uzitarii frecvente a utilitatilor camerei, calitatea slaba a apei, plus timpul limitat al unei colege care s-a grabit sa “faca curat” din cauza unui eveniment personal la care trebuia sa participe. 1860 RON achitati pentru aceste conditii si atitudini! Ca puncte forte pot mentiona micul-dejun, variat si proaspat, plaja destinata oaspetilor resortului, parcarea exclusiva si conceptul in sine al resortului, care ne-a si atras de la bun inceput. Concluzia? Ne plac banii, nu ne place sa ne spetim sa oferim calitate la standardele pe care sustinem ca le avem, pentru ca se gasesc clienti. Vorba veche din popor... prost e cel care da, nu...
