Hotel Ambasador Mamaia — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

I was not satisfied at all because the service of this hotel was very terrible, for about 3 days while I was there I have put the sign for please make up this room for them to clean the room up but when I got back to the hotel I always found the sign turned over to don’t disturb and the room was never being cleaned up, we did not have clean towel and toilet paper for the days we were there , also another issue is that the parking space, the have made me pays a fee for parking for me to not have any parking spot at all al the days I was there when I went to them to speak about that I payed fee for parking but I didn’t have a parking space there were really rude and told me that I always go outside and have fun and that why I have no parking spot and also that the parking is for everyone and was not included in the price we paid even though we paid a fee for parking , then they made me park outside the hotel some where far and they mocked me that if money Is a problem for me they will give me money for the parking space that was not at the hotel . I will never go back there very...

We have taken a last minute holiday to this hotel. The price was quite high for what it offered, but we were able to see that only after our arrival there. There was raking discrepancy on TripAdvisor and the booking page, but next time I will definitely trust TripAdvisor. ||It looks like the hotel administrators are not fully involved and as they do not care much about the hotel. From the entrance, restaurant, halls and bathroom you can see the hotel is being neglected. The hotel is definitely not a four star hotel. We had big, very bright and clean room in the first floor. The bed was big, enough for the two of us and a child and as I mentioned before very clean. The bathroom needs a definite upgrade as well as the flooring in the room. No matter how much the cleaning lady will clean it, the bathroom will still look dirty. ||Food was very low in diversity but eatable and you could definitely find something for a small child too! ||The good things about the hotel are the staff, location and pool. Am sa scriu acest review pe cat posibil, cu un limbaj foarte puțin colorat, deși sunt mega pornit pe acest hotel.

Rating de 4 stele! Căzătoare desigur, nu cred ca are mai mult de 2 margarete, menționez ca am tot călătorit atât în tara cat și în străinătate, cred ca sunt într o oarecare măsură să mi dau cu părerea.

Cum ajungi în parcare, ești întâmpinat de un domn pe la vreo 75 de ani, te îndeamnă sa parchezi foarte politicos "baga ba aici unde zic eu". Trecem peste...

Recepția: de pe timpul lui pazvante, aer îmbâcsit, rar aerisit, trecem peste...Personalul, de excepție, politicos nevoie mare. Am ajuns pe la 12.30, devreme dar abordarea : n avem camere acum, va sun eu pana în ora 18.00. Foarte bucuros ca am baterie la telefon, am plecat spre plaja, imediat după ce m am schimbat într o toaleta de lângă recepție. Recomand sa nu o folosiți...

Într un final, am revenit la hotel pe la ora 19.00. Am primit camera cu vedere la mare, la etajul 5, numărul 508. Am cerut camera și am plătit extra, pentru patul dublu, matrimonial. Surpriza: 2 saltele lipite cu o cocoasa pe mijloc. Trecem peste.... Parchetul imita mocheta și prin design! De la infiltratiile de apa, exista porțiuni mai pufoase în care te poți bucura de o unghie vânătă sau de ce nu, un deget întreg. Baia: o minunăție, o adevărată piscina în momentul în care faci dus, motiv pentru care Parchetul imita mocheta. Apa, curge peste tot, prin dus și pe lângă, rece, se merge pe principiul de conservare! Oricum te ai încins la plaja, nu ai nevoie de apa calda. Vasul de toaleta vine cu un capac vintage, am mai văzut la bunici când eram mic, plastic alb (la baza) plat, subțire și desigur, cu urme adânci lăsate în suprafață de la papucii doamnelor care nu au avut încredere în folia "dezinfectat"....trecem peste.

Prizele: adică priza cu un triplu prelungitor la care sigur dacă nu te pricepi, ai sa te curentezi. Frigiderul emana bogăție, bere, fresh uri, chips uri, etc, toate calde. Nu este băgat în priza, n are loc. Sugerez sa aveți baterie la telefon sau sa utilizați mănuși, ca sa nu va curentati.

Telefonul : cea mai mișto piesa vintage din camera, similar cu cel folosit de "nea Marin miliardar", inclusiv urmele de jeg sunt încă din acea perioada. Trecem peste....din nou. Sunați cu încredere la recepție sau restaurant, în 2 zile nu am reușit sa prind nici măcar cuplajul. Terasa este iar o parte interesanta, regăsim și aici 2 scaune și o măsuță din plastic, fix cum găseam în anii 2000 când ieșeam de la liceu și opream sa bem un Pepsi la ciob (cunoașteți expresia).

Draperia din camera este doar pentru o parte din geam, sa nu cumva sa nu vezi din pat marea, chiar dacă vrei sa dormi mai mult, n ai cum. S au gândit bine, oricum ai plătit extra, sa înțelegi de ce!

M am plictisit sa scriu, mai sunt, dar gata.

Raportul preț calitate, oribil! Personal: jenant! Pat: cazarma! Baie: oribil, din nou! Părerea mea: păcat...venim în concediu la relaxare, nu la pedeapsa.

Pe cuvânt, nu as sta în acest hotel nici...
