Eros Beach Resort Hotel Mamaia Nord — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

We recently stayed at Eros Beach Resort and rented a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, and an extra toilet (which was in Ida beach). While we initially believed we had rented an apartment with two full bathrooms, the accommodations were nonetheless clean, fully furnished, and included spacious balconies.

However, a few discrepancies did impact our overall experience. The resort is actually 750 meters away from the beach, not 100 meters as specified. Additionally, the breakfast provided was quite poor, consisting only of coffee, fake juice, bread, omelette, and some low-quality sausages, ham, and cheese.

To make matters worse, the beach itself was unpleasant due to a strong odor from a nearby refinery. This significantly detracted from our enjoyment of the seaside location.

Despite the clean and comfortable apartment, the misleading information and subpar breakfast leave room for improvement. Eros Beach Resort has potential, but there are several areas that need attention. 899ron/night is too expensive for what it's provided.

Edit. The owner is sending lies as replies, we booked for 4 people, not more than 5 like in his comments, plus in his WhatsApp message he's calculating the distance to their private beach from the private apartment that we already were aware that's going to be in a separate building than the resort. Shame on you...

Hello There I do not want to share my name, so I will use this account. I’d like to state that I give 4 stars because of the things that I have seen in my last day, and the things that disappointed me and I did not expect.

First of all, imagine going into the bathroom only to see a spider at your legs. I have a phobia of spiders, and I hate seeing them. I did not expect that, after cleanup, I have seen a spider. After that I left the bathroom, and saw another one. What’s this, even after cleanup? Moving to the second part that disappointed me. The rooms have absolutely no windows, we cannot see outside of the hotel, but we see inside a hall through the only window. The hotel looks like it was built in 1970, but that’s fine. There aren’t many food options, so you either have to command food or go to a restaurant.

Moving to the good part…

The beach they own is arranged and maintained. The hotel Staff is nice, though the design is simple.

The only thing that impressed me was the room, which is large, has a large and modern TV ( something that is not common in Romania )

That’s all I have to say about...

I have had a very bad experience with this resort's staff when it came to reporting problems that occurred on their premises. To the extent that they held off on providing a phone for an emergency call, citing "not wanting complications" and making such comments as "this should be a lesson learned".

This behaviour was disgusting to witness; certainly not gonna recommend or visit them in the future, as they have proven to be unreliable and unsafe around victims of violence on their own grounds.

This is a review of my experience with this establishment and its staff.
