Hanu Satului Mamaia — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

Our stay at Hanu Satului Mamaia was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming traditional décor and the warm, rustic atmosphere that truly reflects the spirit of the Romanian countryside.

The hotel side was just as impressive as the restaurant. The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated in a traditional style with modern comfort. Everything is well maintained and peaceful – the perfect place to relax after a day by the sea.

The food at the restaurant was incredible – hearty, flavorful, and clearly made with fresh, quality ingredients. Special mention to the grilled chicken and the vegetable soup – both were perfectly cooked and full of authentic taste. The homemade desserts were also a real treat!

What truly made the experience special was the Manea family, who have been running this place with heart and soul since the beginning. Both the father and the son personally came to check on us several times, making sure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and hospitality were remarkable.

Deplorabil! Am așteptat aproximativ 15-20 de minute să ni se ofere un meniu și l-am primit abia după ce am atras atenția angajaților.

Băutura nu ni s-a servit la început, ci după ce am chemat iarăși un angajat. Tacâmurile au lipsit pentru un membru al familiei. Șervețelele nu au existat pe masă, iar când le-am cerut ne-au fost aduse în cutia de carton de la supermarket.

Am comandat un meniu crispy, dar am primit crochete congelate din pastă, nici vorbă de piept de pui. Când am atras atenția angajaților au ridicat din umeri. Sosul era acru, pe semne că și ăla era vechi. Ciorba era "apă chioară", tochitura rece, brânza avea un gust învechit.

Dezamăgitor a fost faptul că am așteptat mai bine de 50 de minute până ni s-a servit mâncarea ca în final să plătim pentru nimic.

Atitudinea personalului tânăr lasă de dorit. Când îi rogi să-ți ofere o informație sau să-ți aducă ceva de care ai nevoie au un comportament total lipsit de profesionalism.

Nu ne-am simțit bine deloc în această locație. Mâncarea este absolut oribilă, servirea lasă de dorit. Ne pare rău că ne-am pierdut timpul și banii aici.

Nu meritați nici măcar o stea. Sper ca pe viitor să investiți în calitate și promtitudine. Este inadmisibil să ceară clientul absolut totul, în loc să vă asigurați că acesta are tacâmuri, băutura comandată și șervețele.

De solnițe nici nu mai zic...nu am avut așa ceva. Personalul se scuză că întârziere din cauza numărului mare de clienți, dar o mare parte din angajați stau degeaba. Se plimbă aruncând tava și învârtind desfăcătorul de sticle.

Jalnic. Nu recomand nici animalelor...

Unhygienic, that's the first word that comes to mind. The beds were covered with sheets that weren't clean enough. One bed had a greenish and pink-ish stain on the sheet. Behind on maintenance.
