I was traveling at the beginning at August with my family to Eforie Nord and we had a room booked at Hotel Belona. ||On the outside the Hotel looks nice, it has the shape of a ship, and they have their own parking which is good because the town Eforie Nord is very crowded.||And the saga start with the following: we reached at the hotel at the noon and my wife went with our 2 years daughter to restaurant to order a soup for the little girl and she talk with the waiter if it is possible to bring the soup to the room (in this time i was taking the luggage's to the room). The waiter said that is possible and he will bring the soup to the room. I went down to the restaurant to pay for the soup (chicken soup) to an older woman and I have ask her how much i have to pay and the answer was: 6, 8 Lei (six, eight lei). I have let them 10 lei and we got the soup on our room for our daughter. ||After my daughter ate i went down to restaurant to eat too ,and when i got the menu i saw that the chicken soup is 6 lei. ||Why the older woman need to say that the soup is 8 lei? ||The quality of the food on the restaurant is very poor, the serving was poor too.||There was a boy and a girl that were chick chat and they just ignoring the clients.||||Now the room, room 108, it is very small like 14 square meters, a bed to for 2 people, very old bed, and all the furniture is old. Everything is brown and black. ||The bed was so awful because it was creaky, every time when trying to move a bit in it.||The sheets were looking clean, but i did not feel that they are clean. The carpet is black and seems that is full of dust when i was barefoot. The sensation was very weird.||The bathroom is very small, it was dirty and just behind the door i have found seed husks.||The door, when you were going out, you have to smash the door to close it.||THIS IS NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL.||||One day we forgot our key in the room and the we went down to the receptions to request the reserve key to open the room and take the key, and receptionist told us that there is no reserve key.||When i heard that, for the first second i was shocked.||I have asked how is that possible that you don't have a reserve key for every room?||The answer came, well people loose them. ||???!!!||I have asked her to search for the key... and luckily she found the reserve, it seem that the room 108 was the only room from the hotel that use a key, instead a card access, so i believe that was one of the rooms that were not upgraded.||||In the evenings the music is very loud, because every restaurant near the hotel have their own music. It's crazy.||The good part is that we...
Read moreThis isn’t a 3 star hotel. The room is very small, we had no balcony, the bathroom also so small. Cleaning for them means to change the towels, maybe some floor cleaning, but they didn’t even touched the sheets, although we asked for cleaning every morning. ||The breakfast was very, very poor and the same menu everyday! ||In the first days, a group of football players stayed there and for them they’ve made croissants, but not for the others people although we have payed the same price! The waiter told us that we that special part of the breakfast...
Read moreThe only thing good about this hotel is the fact that is super close to the sea. Bugs in rooms, bugs on balcony and most of all a very musty smell. I would't recomend for nothing in the world 3 star hotel is more like -4 star hotel, even the mattresses were old and not very confy. And by the way a single room is 120 Euros witch is far more than a hotel in Dominican Republic or in Antalya or in other sane people country. Do...
