Hotel Pasha — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

Location - 5 stars Room with sea view - 5 stars Clean - 4 stars (dust near the couch when we expand it) Restaurant - 4 stars (some mixed up commands / you need to be patient for the order in the evening when it gets crowded) Staff - 5 stars Price - 4 (3 for room price, 5 for food price, 4 for drinks)

Pros Perfect location near the beach. A band plays at the terrace of the hotel in the evening from 8-9 to 11PM - romanian and international repertoire (pretty loud). The restaurant was perfect, decent food prices, staff was helpful (cleaning, waiters, receptionist). The breakfast was included, like a buffet, rich enough for us. The room was spacious (suite on 4th floor no. 401), had A/C, the bathroom (small) was separating the room into 2 regions in order to accommodate 3-4 guests; one region with a big bed and the other with an extendable couch. Tv only on the couch side, AC also on the couch side but it was enough for both regions. The view from the balcony - amazing.

Cons The shortest route to the sea will require climbing/descending some steep stairs (not recommended for the elders). Recomandation for this room: do not use the balcony when the restaurant uses the grill (mostly in the evening 8-10 PM) because the chimney from the kitchen is located near and it will be a bit smokey. The room price was a bit expensive (175 eur per night / sea view suite / for 3 adults and a 2years old child / breakfast included) but it was in full season (beginning of august). The hotel was clean and newly renovated but in our room you could already see signs of infiltrations and cracked walls as it was the last level of the building. No...

My honest opinion about this hotel is as follows:

1. 5 stars - for the sea view and for the large bedroom which comes with an extra large double bed;
2. 1 star for the cleanliness ( there was hair in the room, bathroom and balcony; the 2 glasses from the room were utterly dirty; the bed sheet had some portions of yellow stains; the bed frame was full of white stains; the table from the room was not whipped; the bottom part of the toilet bowl wasn't cleaned on the sides, just in the center; the towels had some stains too; the shower cabin was filled by sand - some photos attached );
3. The hotel personnel are not skilled for the job ( the lady from the reception, a Turkish lady, was very pertinent. After presenting the issues found in the room, we were told that "this happens and you will not find a white bed sheet as all of them are the same" and " we do not buy everyday sheets because the clients stains them". Her behaviour was far from what customers expect to be treated. After long discussions and asking her kindly to visit our room so we can show her, she finally asked again some cleaners to pop in and re-do the job, but from what I have noticed the verbal communication with them was very critical as they were not speaking the same language.
4. Food left over night and not fresh.
5. The breakfast was not fresh too and the scramble eggs were made from egg shells. In the end the room was sorted out with a lot of patience and effort...

Nu as reveni. Desi hotelul este bine amplasat, servirea este de -1 stele!! Atitudinea doamnelor de la recepție denota o lipsa de profesionalism clara! Am găsit hotelul pe Booking, insa am preferat sa sunam sa verificam, dat fiind faptul ca am dorit doar o noapte de cazare. Am cerut suita de 4 persoane pentru noaptea de sâmbătă spre duminică, la telefon ni s-a spus ca rezervarea este făcută și ca ne așteaptă în jurul orei 11. Am ajuns la hotel mai dimineața, pentru a ne asigura ca este în regula. Domnișoara de la recepție ne-a anunțat ca apartamentul va fi gata începând cu ora 10. Când am ajuns înapoi, era o alta domnișoară la recepție, care, dupa finalizarea unei discuții cu alți clienți a dat ochii peste cap și s-a exprimat în fata noastră cu "Doamne fereste!" (Menționez ca nu dansa avea dreptate, ci clienții respectivi!!!). Când respectiva ne făcea check-in-ul, apare asa zisa doamna manager, care a tunat și fulgerat ca nu se poate închiria apartamentul respectiv doar pentru o noapte, lucru care ar fi fost de înțeles DACA nu ne asiguram înainte (am verificat prin Booking, am sunat, ba mai mult, ne-am și prezentat la hotel, iar în toate cele 3 cazuri am anunțat ca este vorba doar despre o noapte). După multe discuții însă, ni s-a oferit o alta varianta, pe care am acceptat-o în lipsa de alte soluții. Micul dejun a fost ok, as spune 4 stele, camera semi-curata, 3 stele, locația de 5 stele, insa pentru atitudinea extrem de zeflemitoare și nejustificat de superioara a celor de la receptie o sa dau doar 1 steluța locației. Suntem oameni cu toții, mulți lucram cu publicul, dar trebuie să învățăm sa ne purtam în societate. Sau... sa evitam astfel...
