Hotel Javu — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

We booked a short holiday between 25th and 28th of August. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by a very friendly staff. It is quite rare on the Romanian seaside. The rooms look excellent, are very clean and the breakfast was also excellent. My wife is quite pretentious and she granted 5* :-). Again I would like to mention the staff and how they put in all the efforts to make their guests fell great while staying at their hotel. As an example, I was late for breakfast and asked if I still can still serve it and a nice lady invited me in and told I can take my time and there is no rush. Also, she guided me to the gym early in the morning and opened the lights for me and wished me a good workout....

The hotel is in a construction area. ||And even if the hotel might be nice is hard to get by foot from the hotel to the beach.||||And is also hard to get to the hotel from the main road.||It was disappointing that they didn’t mentioned that before getting there and they didn’t provide a refund when we decided to go...

Am luat un sejur de 7 nopți. De cum am ajuns am rămas impresionant de luxul și curățenia din această locație dar cel m ai frumos lucru a fost parcarea rezervată elegant.Cu toate că este o zonă în curs de construcții noi,în camere nu se aude gălăgie. Ospitalitatea oferită de Domnul de la recepție de nota 10. Tot pe acest domn foarte amabil l am întâlnit și dimineața la micul dejun. Micul dejun foarte bogat cu de toate, ai ce sa alegi,apă rece, nectar, cafea espreso la discreție. Puteai duce la cameră o apă sau cafeaua. Recomand cu mare drag această locație deoarece este aproape de plajă,de Lidl,și de terasele cu mâncare. Ce ma deranjat,a fost faptul căci datorita unor probleme de familie a trebuit să plec cu 2 zile m ai repede. La recepție cu toate că a fost plătit sejurul integral și au rămas cu banii în cont,domnișoară cu tânărul cariera acolo a avut tupeul să mi spună că am de achitat o băutură consumată din frigider.
