Nayino Resort Hotel — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED! What they offer for the prices they charge its a pure scam. They present the resort with sea view but actually the sea its quite far from the resort. The included breakfast it is a joke not to talk about the million of flies which lay all over the food. Internet connection is very poor and works only in certain corners of the room. Bathroom are difficult to use as there is no place to place your bath products. The only thing available is a hanger behind the door. Taking shower its quite an adventure. The service staff totally untrained. I am sorry to comment that about them as they are kind and nice people but training in hospitality and customer service is ZERO. We ask for a coffee and a crepe 3 times and each time we got the same answer..."sorry I forgot"! Not to mention that at breakfast some of the item are brought in low quantity and you have to ask couple of times and wait at least half an hour till someone will replace that item. WORSE...

A delightful experience every single time. This is a nourishing spot regardless the crowd - it's for the young families, for the exhausted, for the workoholic, for those reaching their burnout point & desperate to recharge their batteries, for those in the search for some inspiration, away from the regular city landscape. Nayino has the right balance between discretion and mingling with lovely people. It's close to the beach, but offers a lovely pool space if you prefer peaceful and quiet. We booked 2 months ahead of our visit. About one moth before they called saying that they have a corporate party in the hotel, and they would recommend us arriving next day. We declined and, at our suggestion, they put us for that night in a nearby hotel. Then two days in our stay, they organised another corporate party we were not told about, During that day, they told us they we cannot use the restaurent for lunch as it is reserved, and during the night there was a very noisy part up into the wee hours that we could not sleep. No warnings, no attempts to move us again nothing. When I confronted the hotel manager he raise his shoulders and said "there is nothing I can do". Then, he warned us that next day there is going to be another party (third one). I asked to leave, cutting short my holidays, and he agreed to partial reimbursement only if I cancelled my booking so I coudl not leave bad feedback....
