Hotel Manor — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

Amazing hotel very close to the beach. From the moment we went in, a nice receptionist welcomed us and explained all the details in order to make our stay more comfortable. Our room was very spacious and clean, a lot of natural light during the day and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. All the hotel is very clean including lobby, elevator and restaurant so I can say this is a very kids friendly hotel. Breakfast was sufficient and very tasty. A nice thing to add is that they are owning a private beach with sun-beds included in the price of your stay. Also the hotel has a spacious private parking very close to the location. We are the spontaneous type of tourists deciding with one day ahead to go in a place, and this summer I tried many weekends to book this hotel one day before and all the time was sold out, and now i know why. This time we were in luck, so for sure in the future we will choose again this one and for a longer period. We announced from the beginning that we will travel 2 adults and 1 child (11 years old), by the time to make the bed for our child the sheets were missing. My child called the receptionist and a moody manager picked up the phone, and after my child acknowledged that the manager wants to speak with an adult, she made a nasty and a total unpleasant remark that I shouldn’t put my child to speak in English. The big surprise was to find out that we have to be charged for the sheets. The reservation was made with partial see view, but actually was the partial see view came along with the view to garbage bin view ( the smell was included ) and a huge construction; the last issue wasn’t mentioned anywhere and we been charged for a “pleasant partial see view”. Huge lack of cleaning in the bathroom. Coffee caps in the room are not completely. On the beach dogs are allowed. During our stay a poor toddler was bitten by dog (leashed).

Overall a fantastic spot for anybody visiting the lovely town of Mamaia We had a fantastic time thanks to the hotel being super well maintained, world-class, and in a very convenient location close to the beach, restaurants, and coffee shops Managed by a fantastic team, massive shout to Lolanda and Cami for ensuring we had a great onboarding and stay over our four days The rooms are spacious and comfortable The toilets are excellent for European standards and stocked with Rituals Cosmetics, which is always a plus The balconies are very spacious and perfect for relaxing
