They deserve more starts as a hotel. For sure if they could have had a different view or imagine this hotel at the sea they would have kicked in 5 ✨ for sure. I did read all the reviews and I agree that each person has his own opinion based on experience and desire . I may not say believe me I may say just TRY IT . I worked for a company (that I won't name) that hired us to visit and rate different places , hotels and restaurants. If Evianne Boutique was in a different country for sure it would have more stars . The rooms are luxurious and incomparable with what I saw for 5 stars hotels . During the rating of the hotel is also important the kicken,view and location. If this one was established in a different place travelers would have appreciated more for sure. It is not just clean , the personnel working here are extremely careful with details. Breakfast : depending on what a person is waiting for a nice breakfast that includes a bit of the simple quizine - for a foreign it is actually nice for locals is common but still nice . And a comment about coffee was confusing coffee is different from countries to countries of course they choose the common espresso machine and yes they use an expensive brand. It is again by taste . We hooked by phone (I'm not allowed from other websites since I worked for concurrent) by phone they were very police and fast in finding solutions because we had a different special request for our stay that other hotels did not accept. They find the solution in real time actually calling us back in 4 min to express that all will be fixable. We booked for one week and it is impossible not to feel at home with all of the personnel. Bye the way I'll come back just to see them 😜 the personnel cleaning the room are always here asking if you need something more and this is actually impressive. In the morning at coffee I just enjoyed the company of another nice person at reception and later on I found that she was actually the manager . The behaviour of welcome 🤗 and the personality make you feel like you belong like in a family like you already knew them before. impossible not to return. The most impressive area was the cleanness of the room, unusual for a Romanian 3 stars hotel. They also had slippers provided. The breakfast was quite basic though, the bread provided didn’t look fresh. Apart from classical cereals, jam, butter and yoghurt, the food mainly consisted in omelette, eggs, sausages, two types of cheese and veggies cold curry. Some cake, water, milk and a cheap drink (Fanta) were also available. Coffee was brought in small cups at the table by request and only 1 was included in the buffet breakfast, I was told. There is no elevator, which was a significant minus for me, travelling with a few bags and a child. During the night and the morning, we had a horrible smell (poop like) coming from the bathroom, and even with the bathroom door closed, it was still present...

Miroase urat in camera, pe hol. Patul miroase urat, asternuturile miros urat, podeaua miroase a fluide umane, ceva nasol rau. Pozele nu spun ceea ce este defapt chiar daca proprietarii insista sa raspunda recenziilor si sa se scuze ca sunt intradevar ca in poze. Nu zic ca nu e exact, doar ca pozele au o alta calitate fata de ce se prezinta defapt. Si nu, nu aveam de gand sa sun la receptie sa ma plang de camera sau de miros dupa un drum lung. E treaba voastra sa nu existe plangeri si sa facilitati tot ce este necesar fara sa ma plang eu. Tablia patului avea muc uscat pe ea si masuta de langa pat avea pete de cafea. Stim singur ca lenjeria a mai fost purtata de cineva pt ca era pe dos si avea fire lungi negre de par pe ea. Micul dejun este ok daca nu te astepti la nimic. Oua reci, cremvuist reci, carnati reci( nimic cald), altfel, ai ce manca ..un salam victoria, sunca de praga , branzica legume, iaurtele si desert insa chiar ar fi minunat sa adaugati o mini linie calda. Cafeaua foarte buna. Parcare in fata hotelului cam 5 6 masini. Galagie pe hol la 6 dimineata chiar daca domnul de la receptie a fost dragut sa ne dea camera pe spate si nu la sosea, oamnii din pacate nu ii poti controla. La 4 dimineata, un cocos a inceput sa cante. Per total se vede ca se incearca insa mai au de lucrat la multe aspecte. Recomand igienizarea mochetelor din...
