Hotel Arizona — Hotel in Giroc

I can't imagine how people gave this 4 and 5 stars. I would never stay here again. I think some rooms are different, but mine had no heat or AC. I was very cold at night and they only gave me an extra blanket after I asked for it. Room is small, bed is hard, bathroom sink is so small that its next to impossible to shave. Think airplane sink. And the bathroom smelled like mold but the door wouldn't close properly so I had to live with that smell in the whole room. ||||As others have said, its a little far from the city center. They are in middle of some kind of remodeling, but it wasn't soon enough for my visit. ||||The only good thing was that the WiFi was good enough that I didn't notice any problems. And the price was very cheap, about 35 Euros per night. This is the only reason I gave it 2 stars...

Horrible is a nice word... The rooms smells, the door is hard to open, the room is very poorly kept with stains on the ceilings, central heating broken, they provided a rusty electrical space warmer that does not look safe! We complained about the room smelling like an ashtray and they gave us an air freshner spray as a solution. The hot water is on and off. Furniture is very old and smelly, bedsheets look really old. The window blind has missing parts and everyone can see in the room. The front desk area looks appauling and most of the time there is no one there! The walls are very thin and you can hear everything on the corridors...

Although the hotel is new it is falling apart. There is granite everywhere but is is very dirty in the bathroom and the rooms. The toilet and the shower were leaking. The shower drainage was clogged and the water was barely flowing down. The only chair in the room had a broken back rest. The pillows are lumpy and too big. Far from the center and from any shops. The only positive is the free wifi and the A.C. It...
