My boyfriend and I were there with a group, in June and we stayed there for 4 nights. We had both breakfast and dinner included.||The breakfast was not a buffet, but we would get a plate with a bit of cheese, ham, egg (boiled or scrambled) and there were a few slices of bread for each table. There was no butter or jam. On our second day we also got cornflakes and milk. On our 3rd day they also provided butter. On our forth day we asked for gem and we got it. ||In general the staff was friendly, but I felt like they (or the owner?) were trying to save whatever it was possible. I mean, unless we were asking for things (like jam or sour cream for a dish which is eaten with sour cream), they were not offering it.||It was the same with the dinner. It was a 3-course menu, one choice.||I think if there would have been a buffet, instead of having everything on a plate, there would have been less waste as everybody would take only what they would eat (especially for breakfast).||It was a pity that in none of the 5 days we ate there, could we enjoy a breakfast/dinner on their nice terrace with a great view.||Our room was quite big, with balcony and a very nice view as we had a corner room. And it was clean. In the evening it was quite dark as the lights were not strong at all...it was like they were dimmed. ||We did not use the elevator, but most of the people in our group did and they were complaining that sometimes it was not working or that it was very slow.||The view from the hotel is indeed beautiful but in general, I would rather say it is a 3-star, definitely not a 4-star hotel.||Also, it can be very difficult to find the way to the hotel if you have never been there. It is a narrow, bumpy street to the right when you come from the Gura Humorului city center. As soon as you are very close to the hotel parking it is fine, but until there be ready for quite...
Read moreThe strange experience of December 1. Rooms overrated, for December 1st, as they did not have anything to do with it. The rooms with balcony on reservation were 220lei, at billing, 250 lei. The attic room had the same price if it has 2 small windows in the ceiling, cold radiators, dirty bathroom, overhead mattress beds, spotted outlets. Staff very poorly prepared, from reception, to waiters, to those who "clean". Load bills with products that have not been ordered. The situation is solved, but it is quite difficult. Waiters speak "cool" with their clients. On departure, a bargaining is negotiated with the owner, so we get a decent price (compared to the conditions described above for the attic room) worth 150 lei. For rooms with balcony, a "discount" of 30 lei, so the price communicated initially. Totally disastrous. I was a group of 10 people and I stayed for 2 nights. We do not recommend, we do...

Pros: the cheep price
Cons: Staf that is not qualified to run a hotel. We booked in april, and because we were the only ones in the hotel, they switched off the heating and gave us an electrical radiator. In that day, there was a filming/party in the resto, but nobody informed us about this. We had to find out by yourself when the music was still loud during the evening. Room were not well cleaned, and the furniture was not in its top shape. It needs some repairs. When we left they had issues to print out the final bill ... or maybe they did not want to create it. Its outside the city, and you have around 300 meters of no...
