Vila Silva I — Hotel in Hateg

We spent 3 nights in this villa. We mainly chose this place for the pool, but in the end it was too dirty to swim in. It looked bad and dangerous for the health!||||The villa has a great potential and the main positive point is the staff. Mihaela and Simona are two women with a golden heart, they were so nice to us and made us feel at home. I would like to thank them for everything! They are truely amazing!!||One can see how dedicated they are, this is rare!||||From the comfort point of view, the location has many defaults. The kitchen is completely outdated, the sink is broken and not well maintained, the cupboards and the freezer as well. The general state of the kitchen is deplorable. Rapid and massive investments need to be made in order to upgrade the place.||||The family room is too small, sheets are synthetic and really cheap. There is no garbage bin in the room and only a tiny one in the bathroom.||||The villa is clearly undestaffed and, even though the personnel do more than their best to help and stay there until late at night, it is obvious that more employees are needed in order for this place to be maintained in optimal order.||||It is a pity that the owners do not invest more in this place, in equipment and staff. ||If they continue like this, they will probably lose their clients in the long run - the area is full of good quality agrotourism at...

My family and I spent 5 nights here in August in the Green Room. Let me say that I recommend this villa with all my heart. The service was really friendly and even told us about some places we can visit. The food is good and the prices are low. The swimming pool is cleaned daily and you can swim whenever you want. The room was clean and big enough for 3 people and it even had an air conditioner. The bathroom was really big and had everything you need. The location has a big garden so is perfect for kids to play and is usually pretty quiet. I recommend this villa to everyone who comes to Hateg...

A very nice small hotel with a garden. Very peaceful and pleasant location, on easy walking distance to downtown. Parking is easy to find. Our room was very nice and large, and had an equally large bathroom. |Breakfast was excellent and staff were very pleasant. The only thing that keeps me from giving it five stars is that there is no way to get a cup of coffee or tea except at breakfast. A kettle in the room, or at least in the small pentry would be wonderful. But still I would not hesitate to...
