Horrible attitude of the manager and staff at the Reception. They never heard of customer care. The manager proved to be have a very bad temper and showed a total lack of professionalism when, all drunk and half naked, came at the reception to deal with an incident where the hotel's fault was more than obvious. ||Long story short, I sat on a chair in the room, the chair broke immediately and ripped off my jeans, also leaving a 10 cm scratch on my leg. He started shouting around, saying that he didn't know how the chair broke and suggesting that it might be possible for me to have jumped on it. He gave no solution to this issue, no room change, no refund. He just advised us to leave the hotel if we don't like it because he has very good connections with the city's police department and no complain will ever be registered.
