Pension Casa Cu Tei — Hotel in Merei

From the check-in the staff spoke very nasty to my friends , because there was the mother-in-law of the owner and she didn't like the questions about rooms or info from the website that was not complet . They didn't say that you have to bring from home pool towels , ( the boss answer was : why you don't use the one from your shower! We asked what time is the latest hour we cand eat : the staff answered : "non stop" but there non stop was till 23:00 when the boss said they have to close and the just put the bill on the table ! They are not pet friendly and they speak about civilisation but there they have around 2 saint-bernad that run free , 3 metis dogs and 4 cats the come to beg food at the tables ... We even found in one room one cat that entered the window ! The rooms are not clean , a lot of stinkin smell in the bathrooms ... Very bad experience, we left one day earlier after we tried to explain to the staff that we are there for relax not for life lections and preaches from the staff ... They compared themselfes with enzo ferarri 50 years ago when was built just red ... So if you wanna stay there , you have to obey the old comunist rules. We choosed to go...

Am fost un grup de 25 de persoane (24 adulți) cu Pachetul de 8 martie. Datorita restricțiilor COVID au acceptat telefonic sa stam la masa maxim 10 persoane în loc de 8. La fata locului am avut discuții pt ca am stat 9 in loc de 8. In prima seara au încercat sa ne dea cu 2 platouri mai puțin. După ce le am numărat noi.... ni le au adus (de parca mai manca cineva după desert... au fost ridicate aproape neatinse). La ora 23.00 am fost rugați sa părăsim restaurantul și am comandat extra niște vin și apa. Am plătit și am plecat într-o zona la subteran dar nu am luat decât apele și 2 carafe de vin. A rămas pe masa o carafa pe care nu am mai găsit o după câteva minute. A doua seara după ce ni s au dat 5 carafe de vin și aprox 6 ape ni s au cerut iar bani pentru ce am vrut în plus ( plătisem 12 litri de vin și tot atâtea ape conform pachetului). Tot în prima seara am adus noi un tort de 4kg pe care i am rugat și ni l au servit la masa. Ne au dat niște porții de 50gr în medie iar ceea ce a rămas (minim 2 kg nici măcar nu ne au întrebat ce vrem sa facem cu el.... s a evaporat.... bineînțeles ca am fi dat și celorlalți meseni dar....). Patronul... Un domn Bogdan lipsit de orice urma de diplomatie... Un limbaj de strada.... printre altele ne a amenințat ca va chema politia. Era ora 24.00 și stăteam de vorba în acel spațiu de la subteran.... Foarte inflexibili. Am cerut contracost o porție extra de aperitiv la masa de seară și ni s a spus ca nu se poate. Nu exagerez. Era vorba de 2 felii de babic, 2 felii de șuncă, 4 felii de cașcaval sau brânză, o foaie de salata și mai era un mix de ceva zacuscă. Doi bărbați au vrut încă un pahar de whisky (50ml) și au trebuit sa achite separat în condițiile în care din grup am avut 6 adolescenți care nu au consumat alcool (am plătit integral pachet de adult) și la masa de seară. Dacă mergeți pe pachet spuneți le sa va aducă la masa toată bautura (nu o veți consuma pe toată dar nu veți fi puși în situația sa plătiți extra pt ceva deja inclus). Steaua este pt mâncarea care a fost bună. Ciorba de burta servita la prânz extrem de sărata. Dacă ar investi și în modul de interacțiune cu clienții cred ca ar avea mai mult de câștigat. La spațiul de cazare în general curat. Patul scârțâia tare la orice întoarcere. Saltea din burete de aprox 10 cm grosime. Duminica la plecare când le am explicat nemulțumirile ni s a spus ca trebuia sa comentăm de fiecare dată când am constatat nereguli nu la final. Degeaba am explicat ca noi am preferat sa plătim ceva în plus dar sa nu ne stricam serile.... NU VOM MAI CHELTUI BANI LA...
