Well, the parking, is not really a parking. The the check in... the same lady that cleaned our rooms, was also in the kitchen 5 sec. later helping with dinner. No prices/menu on any drinks, food or anything. When we checked in I saw that in the bathroom We have : shampoo, conditioner, showergel, handsoap. When we got the keys : just handsoap.. I go to reception to ask for shampoo, conditioner and showergel. The receptionist ( 15 years old) gives me a showergel from Dove and try to convince me it's good for the hair and explains me that she doesn't know Why it says on the booking.com showergel, Cause they never had... so bring your own. Then the " restaurant" closes" 20:30. Now, it's not really a restaurant cause you don't have food to choose, you eat What they give you, and you pay for it and it only has the natural night. When the sun goes down... you have O lights... next morning. Breakfast starts 9:00. I wake up and I go to make myself a coffee( that I was planning to pay for it, same like I did the day before), I take a cup and when I get closer to the expresso machine, I hear another receptionist ( older this time) literally BARKING at me : " you can't take coffee miss, breakfast starts 9:00". I tell her I am willing to pay for the damn coffee, and she comes with an angry face, takes my cup from my hand and she does my coffee while asking me really angry and pissed of in What room I am staying... Great way to start your morning!! 9 Then, 9:00 o'clock comes, we go for breakfast. The breakfast had : tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, 2 types of salami, 1 type of ham, bread and butter. While eating ( us and the other guests) the same receptionist ( the barking one) came and started screaming in the restaurant: " everyone that is going to check out, MUST leave the keys in the door". I felt like I was in a summer camp and the teachers were trying to organise small kids. You can't come and scream at your guest while they EAT!!! Stayed in August 2021 and they refuse the card payment and they don’t give you any receipts for...

I do not recommend this location at all! We had a corporate event there and we faced multiple issues. First of all, even if the host was informed about our check in hour and about the number of persons (we booked the entire location with a total number of 35 persons), when we arrived around 2PM, the heating system was not on. They started it around evening and inside the location was cold during that evening and night. Secondly, next morning we noticed that there was no water on the tap. We ask the owner what is going on and he started to explained us that they are using a water collection system that is not working anymore (they had some problems with the hydrophor, I guess, or there was not enough water collected inside the tank). This problem persisted almost until that evening and we did not have water for brushing our teeth and washing our hands or for using the toilets. Furthermore, the rooms looked like the clean was superficially made. In my room, there was a spot next to the bed, where the floor look like someone puked on it and it was not properly cleaned. And, the most important aspect, the main cook (invited by the owner for our event) was drunk the hole time. As a consequence of the lack of the water and the drunk cook, I supposed that the hygiene protocols were not respected, because some of us discovered after a week that we are infected with a kind of virus that provoked us aphthous stomatitis and inflammations in the oral cavity. The only good things about this location were the rest of the staff, two nice ladies who did the whole work around the location( In my opinion they need a raise of salary for there effort to make our experience more enjoyable) and the...

I went here with the company, the owner was expecting us with an "Ice age" theme, it was so cold everywhere that we were forced to wear winter clothes the whole weekend in the house. Imagine being in a team building and you could not even sit on the chair to chat with the colleagues due to the cold temperature. We asked them to turn the terrace heaters and they refused, telling us it had not enough gas. We also had a water problem the next day, we could not use the toilets, shower and tap water, this lasted for 5-6 hours at least. The main issue was from the food, many of us got food poisoning and several health issues that persisted for more that 2 weeks, from the attached pictures you can see the meat was kept on the floor for marination. On the last night the company agreed with them to have a camp fire experience, even for this we had to argue with them, because once again they refused to do it. The whole experience felt like the owner was saving gas, water and wood with us, it felt like they were doing us a favor for having us there, for sure was the worst experience that i had...
