La Mamaie — Hotel in Moeciu de Jos

Pros : The view is quite nice being that the location is situated in a very nice part of Romania. The hosts were very helpful and they aided us in transporting our luggage to the premises.(The house is accessible via a steep country road from the main one, which was covered in ice). The price is affordable.

Cons : The main area, the bedrooms and the barbecue zone are not connected indoors, you have to go outside to go from one to the other. There are only 7 bedrooms, so for the full capacity of 18 people that means more than two people will have to share a room (we stayed four people in one room, two rooms with three people each, and four rooms with two people each). One of the bedrooms has the bathroom in the hallway. The house and the cutlery weren’t clean. One of the upstairs showers was LEAKING water into the roof of the living/dining room. Be careful if you come during cold season you have to bring adequate gear as ice will form in the main courtyard to the barbecue zone, and during the night is very cold in the living/dining room. Liniste, rau care trece prin zona de gratar, priveliște magică super preț pentru ce primești la schimb :)

De notat, trebuie sunat sa ai apa calda, trebuie sunat pentru căldură, in general nu e presiune la apa nici sa faci duș. La ora 8 luni se repara acoperișului vila fiind inchiriata inclusiv luni. Nu am fost anunțați... Muie somn...

Poate ca nu este cea mai moderna locație pe care am vizitat-o însă au un 5 puternic de la familia mea pentru ca este un loc cu gazda bună și tot ce am văzut acolo pe lângă peizaj a fost efortul depus de proprietari. Bravo deja ne gândim la următoarea...
