Pensiunea Belvedere — Hotel in Murighiol

We visited this guesthouse 2 times already, once in 2021 and also now in June 2023 and this will always be our go-to place in Delta Dunarii.

We highly recommend it because the rooms and the pool are all perfectly clean (the rooms at ground floor have pool view, while the ones at the 1st floor have a nice view over Lake Murighiol), the location is quiet, parking is free of charge in front of the guesthouse.

They organize day trips to all the important objectives in the Danube Delta (e.g. Letea Forest, Sulina, Sf. Gheorghe, Caraorman Forest, various lakes full of birds & waterlilies). You just need to express your wish and everything is organized for you!

We ate all our meals at their restaurant and everything was so tasty, with fresh ingredients and very big portions. You can try various local dishes, various types of fish from the Danube, but they also have chicken/pork if you’re not the biggest fan of fish.

This is a family business so a special mention has to go to the young owners. They are such nice people and so hard-working!!! They are always present for anything you may need, either drinks from the bar or opening your umbrella or preparing something to eat. You really feel...

The location is literally at the end of the road. However, the place is clean and offers also food, which I believe is very important given the area. The bathrooms are very small and not very well compartimented, but they are clean. They have a pool, which is used during the summer, and a trampoline for kids. The hosts were really nice and they've helped us with setting up a visit to Letea via Danube. This was really nice. They've also offered us couple of hints on what we can do while being there.
