Hotel Küküllő - Târnava has a nice patio and covered tables facing several shops, cafes, and the Memorial Park for famous Hungarians (as it is a Hungarian city within Romania). The staff speaks English and everyone was so kind and accommodating, willing/offering to help with bags, asking if everything was satisfactory, and they gave me a cute keepsake souvenir. I stayed on floor 4 facing the park/shops, and had a beautiful view of the Franciscan church and town center. It was a very short walk to Cafe Alexandra, several churches and restaurants, a cemetery, and the front desk has a nice walking guide to take along. My room was cool even in scorching summer weather, but do ask for the card to insert for the AC unit. Room was very clean and basic, nice wooden furniture and vanity. Spent 5 days in here. The rooms are clean and quiet. Our was on the first floor with the view on the parking, but it didn't matter because we been spending most of the time outside. |The reception staff been very nice and helpful especially when my boyfriend asked to iron his shirt at the last minute and they did it in 20 minutes!|The breakfast give you a good range of choice, the only up side down is that some time the things finish and no one realize if you don't ask.|The hotel has an outside bar and a bistro right attached (where the food is traditional, well presented and delicious).|The hotel provide even space for big events, as for us came here for a wedding.
