The staff speaks English and everyone was so kind and accommodating, willing/offering to help with bags, asking if everything was satisfactory, and they gave me a cute keepsake souvenir. I stayed on floor 4 facing the park/shops, and had a beautiful view of the Franciscan church and town center. It was a very short walk to Cafe Alexandra, several churches and restaurants, a cemetery, and the front desk has a nice walking guide to take along. Lovely views out of every window. Breakfast was rustic and delicious, and they packed one for me to go when I had a very early checkout. Thank you Kukullo staff! If only I could have...
