Great place to stay in Oradea. Modern hotel, very clean, absolutely nice staff, they allowed us to stay longer in their restaurant area because I had some calls to make. Served us with hot tea and in general very nice people. The breakfast has that delicious aubergine spreads, cheese, pastry, fresh juices. 10 minutes walk to Piata9 restaurant which is one of the best in Oradea and also not far from the shopping centers and Lidl in case you need anything. The hotel is pretty new, closed to the city center and hypermarkets and the staff is very friendly. It has its own parking which is free. The room was not as big as we thought (the door was almost hitting the bed) but it's a decent size, maybe the layout of the room we stayed in was not the best. What bothered me was that it was not that clean (I don't think anyone vacuumed before our arrival or during our 4 nights stay). Experiența noastră la acest hotel a fost sub așteptări și complet diferită de ce ne-am fi dorit. Deși la telefon ni s-a confirmat că putem plăti cu tichete de vacanță, la sosire am fost informați că acest lucru nu este posibil. Recepționerul, cu o atitudine arogantă, a procedat la fotografierea cardului nostru, față-verso, pentru a retrage banii direct, fără a oferi clarificări suplimentare. Această practică ne-a părut nejustificată și riscantă, motiv pentru care am ales să nu mai rămânem cazați.
Hotelul, deși prezentat ca fiind modern, are semne vizibile de neîngrijire: pereți zgâriați și decojiți, iar ușa de la intrare are geamul spart. În plus, parcarea disponibilă este extrem de limitată și nu am găsit locuri disponibile, deși acest aspect era promovat pe site.
Având în vedere aceste neconcordanțe și disconfortul creat, am ales să căutăm altă opțiune de cazare. Din păcate, nu recomand...
