Regim Hotelier Pietonala — Hotel in Oradea Metropolitan Area

I wish I had read all these reviews before booking that so called "room" for my friend who came as a turist in Oradea...🫣 Just to make it clear it is a room in to a basement without windows or at least a decent ventilation and there for is an extremely high humidity and mold. The sheets on the bed had a musty smell...the fan in the room didn't work at all, but there were some improvised mini fans at the air vents that didn't change the cave-like climate at all actually you could see the mold on the walls. I am wondering how is legal to rent such place? When we took over the room from the apparently "nice" host who tried to help us with a free parking tips he win our trust and we failed to realize in such a short time what conditions were actually there and because of that my friend who suppose to sleep there 6 nights could not be there for more then 1 hour first night (24:00-01:00) in those execrable conditions. In the morning my friend called me and insists for me to came there and see it with my own eyes to prove me why he can't sleep there and he had to sleep in the car his first night in Oradea (he was to tired after many hours driving to search for another place to sleep so late in the night). I tried many times to contact the host in that morning but without success even if he told us to call him anytime...So we decided to put the keys in the mail box since that place was unliveable and we hope to get a refund for the rest of the days if we get the chance to talk to the host. After many calls I decided to write him through the Booking application and explained him our disappointment regarding the room . He asked me to call him again in that dialogue in Booking application and and what followed shocked me even more: When I called him again I didn't even get to speak or express my self because this person who I cannot call under any form "sir" who represented the host he talked very dirty to me in a threatening and challenging manner for no reason except that I asked him for a refund of the money paid for the remaining 5 nights. I realized that I am dealing with a certain category of persons who does not have common sense or who doesn't understands what respect means considering that he brags about his experience of working with people... I tolerated his inappropriate and violent behavior for the sake of ending the call in a civilized manner which I think he also understood but a bit too late unfortunately... My biggest disappointment is that even Booking does not get involved in these cases of injustice and this makes me very skeptical in the future to use these accommodation services...

Având în vedere zona în care se află, și la felul în care arată la exterior, este inadmisibil ca înăuntru să se gândească atât de multă nepăsare și batjocură la adresa clienților. De la gândaci și până la igrasie, miros greu de suportat și tot posibilul să contactezi vreo bacterie. Este de-a dreptul revoltător. Mă simt vinovată pentru ceea ce au găsit în acest loc persoane dragi mie, fiindcă dacă aș fi căutat mai devreme recenzii, cu siguranță nu le-aș mai fi recomandat să meargă în acel ghetou, fiindcă nu se poate numi altfel. Sper să se sesizeze cineva să se schimbe situația în bine, dar destul de greu se mișcă lucrurile la noi. Și cum se zice: afară vopsim gardul, înăuntru...

NU RECOMAND!!! Apartamentul este la subsol! Geamul este doar de decor, nu exista aer! simti ca te sufoci. Am platit cazarea pentru 2 nopti, dupa 1 noapte nu am mai putut sta, nu puteam rasufla bine. Proprietarul nu a vrut sa imi restituie bani nici macar pentru noaptea a 2ua. Au probleme cu canalizarea. Proprietarul mi-a zis sa opresc apa din baie cand nu o folosesc, altfel se creaza inundatie. Comunicarea cu proprietarul grea, raspunde greu la telefon pe motiv ca are altceva de lucru.

In 2021, cand am luat aceasta cazare nu exista pe google, doar pe booking, unde nu inteleg cum, dar...
