I booked on booking.com. Since I was traveling by train, I couldn't control the arrival time. I wrote a message to the hotel on booking.com that I would be there around 10pm.
the message was ignored. my colleague and I arrived at 9.30pm and there was no one at the reception. we called by phone, a drunk guy came and said that check-in was until 4pm and demanded that we cancel the booking on booking.com and pay him in cash. acted like a redneck, said that if we don't do this, he won't let us in at all. the room is disgusting, dirty and the shower is moldy. the experience was disgusting, I don't recommend anyone to go...
Read moreAbsolutely disgusting. The sheets were dirty and when I asked to have them changed, the owner LIED and said they did it. The same hair was on a pillow before and after—I’m 100% sure they only brushed the visible body hairs off and pretended they’d changed the sheets.
This place is maliciously gross, to say nothing of the strong smell of cigarette smoke and, inexplicably, fish.
If they were willing to lie after knowing I’d inspected the sheets, do you really think yours will be clean?
Avoid at all costs. I had to spend €54 to get a new room at 11 pm. Save yourself the money...
