Pensiunea Alpin — Hotel in Rășinari

We went there for dinner (12 persons), after we waited forever they brought the food. || Some of us ordered grilled fish and what we got it was raw. I was lucky because i ordered a fish and potatoes ( they forgot the fish). ||When we asked for the bill,and we specified that we wish to pay by credit card , it took forever to bring it and when it happened, they came with the fiscal proof for cash payment and told us that we did not mention that we desired to pay by card. Therefore we protested and told them everything that went wrong and than, the manager came and he was very rude and agressive telling us that we lie and this is a trick we made up in order not to pay the bill even that there were things we did not eat because they were only put on the bill but never headed...

The food at the restaurant was terrible. A friend got some pork chop, and it smelled like decomposing meat, every meal at our table was poorly cooked and looked and smelled disgusting.||At one point the "cook" came out from the kitchen, he was very dirty (I would venture and say he had not showered in weeks) he sat at a table, opened a beer and started picking his nose.||Staff alltogether were very rude, they refused to print a receipt/invoice for the food, and demanded that we pay without any fiscal proof.||Too bad such places still exist and are not closed by the authorities, this restaurant being a serious health threat for anyone who risks...

Great location to escape and relax in nature. It has a small pool & jacuzzi to chill, table tennis, pool table... Perfect for families with children. Even though it is right off the main road, it is surrounded by trees and a small river as a boundry, so you hardly notice the occasional traffic. Paltinis is just 20min away and there is an adventure park with various activities. Food was good,...
