Nelu&Klein — Hotel in Sibiu

Reserved a matrimonial room, got there and they said they didn't have a matrimonial room available because someone had decided to extend their stay in the meantime. Guess "reservation" doesn't mean the same thing to everyone. Was offered a double room with separate beds and a shared bathroom in the hallway (initially was supposed to have a private bathroom) for the same price. The room was small, looked old, and wasn't very nice. It had a shared terrace and part of the window shades didn't even work (privacy issue at night). Saw online that the double room was actually 20 lei cheaper, so I spoke to the person at the reception and she offered to give me the 20 lei back. Told her we'd rather get a refund and leave, then out of the blue they had another double room in the building across the street, which was much nicer and more modern, with a private bathroom. Situated in nice and quite part of Sibiu, near beautiful organized cemetery. Object is without lift but with very nice person. Most of them doesn't speak English.
