Hotel Crystal — Hotel in Sovata

I have been to many places but this hotel and his facilities are unique and my wife and son felt amazing here! You are valued as a customer and the restaurant service is impeccable with high class staff and service, with a very careful selection of food and also delicious! Of course a wide variety of wines and palinka! Breakfast buffet with wide variety of food and coffee options, breads and fresh fruits! Also kids menu available a la carte! The spa area is very diverse with great conditions inside and outside, with plenty sun beds and towels offered as soon as you open the door to the spa area! There is a bar in the spa area with a variety of food, snacks and alcoholic drinks and refreshments! The rooms are very clean and nice with modern facilities and lighting! The reception staff are very friendly and willing to help with great customer service! There is a playground for children and also a kids pool which my son loved it! Both pools have the water warmed up with hydromassage areas for adult pool which it makes a unforgettable experience! Water slides available two inside and one outside! Parking area with plenty of spaces and very close to the hotel with CCTV and light at night! My family and I had a great time here and we will definitely return here and I will recommend it with all my heart! Thank you all for your hard work...

We've only transited Sovata in our motorcycle trips so far, this was the first time we've actually stayed in in the town. I always thought it was an old comunist Balneo-therapeuthical location but I was sooo wrong.

This hotel is amazing, not sure where to start: rooms are clean, spatious, modern, equiped with a cute minibar, nice Tv, desk etc.. everything you need. The services are impecable, the personell is extremely proffesional and kind and they also have a great SPA with indoor and outdoor pool, waterslides for kids and big-kids as well :D, massage services and a gym.

You have a wonderful selection of wies and food and everything we've tried in our 3 day trip was tastefull.

The hotel is located just at the beginning of one of the main streets so you are at a walking distance from natural attractions, trecking paths and lakes.

Special thanks to the colleague which is in charge of the drinks menu for his kindness and help and also to the General Manager. We really enjoyed our talks.

Am avut parte de cea mai frumoasă/placută experiență din România !!!! Un hotel de 4 stele cu apucături de 5 😀 Incep cronologic Am cerut pe email pret pentru cazare cameră dublă, in regim demipensiune ( mic dejun si cina - bufet) o alegere foarte bună, iar raspunul a venit foarte repede plus ca am primit si o reducere . Ce am gasit acolo... Loc de parcare inclus iar daca nu gasesti loc langa hotel, au o parcare proprie amenajată, cu barieră, la 50 de m distanță, suficient de mare. La recepție atmosfera calda,de relaxare am fost întâmpinati de o domnisoară tare draguță, comunicativă si foarte bine pregatită careia din discutii amicale i-am spus ca tocmai ne casatorisem in weekendul precedent si fără sa ceară aprobări a verificat disponibilitatea și ne-a anunțat ca ne schimba camera cu pat dublu matrimonial cu o altă cameră cu pat rotund, mai scumpă, mai mare, evident. Asta a fost prima surpriză si din gestul domnisoarei am dedus ca personalu de acolo este foarte bine pregatit. Asta am aflat si mai tarziu, la restaurant, la spa, toti oamenii stiau ce au de facut, fiecare era acolo unde trebuia sa fie, prezentabili, draguți, gata sa raspunda la orice nevoie. Felicitari!!! A doua surpriză a fost când am ajuns in cameră - o camera mare cu pat rotund imens, TV mare, balcon mare, baie foarte mare cu duș, oglinda luminata si sistem antiaburire... nici nu apucasem sa lăsăm bagajele ca s-a auzit o bataie in ușă: roomserice. Doi dintre osaptarii resturantului ne-au adus șampanie si platou cu fructe, din partea hotelului in semn de apreciere ca am ales acest hotel pentru a petrece luna de miere. Curățenie oriunde ai fi: receptie, camera, hol, restaurant spa...foarte, foarte curat. Mancarea, foarte buna, diversificată, multă-oricat de fitos ai fi, sigur gasesti ceva si pe placul tau. In zona spa ai diferite optiuni: piscina mare interioara, piscina exterioara cu apa dulce, incalzita la 30°C, octombrie fiind, a fost tare placut sa poti face baie in piscina de afara; bazin cu apa sarata, bazine cu apa calda/rece pentru picioare, 4 saune umeda, uscata, fierbinte si cu UV, bazin apa rece pentru dupa sauna. Prosoape mari si mici la dispozitie pentru zona spa ului si contracost masaj. Una peste alta, experienta a fost deosebita, totul a fost peste asteptari si da, felicitari tuturor pentru modul in care gestionati si ingrijiti acest hotel. Curatenie peste tot, materiale de calitate atmosfera deosebita. Merita incercat macar o data. Ce am mai gasit acolo, o sala mica de sport, loc de joaca pentru copii in spatele hotelului terasa unde poti savura o cafea si o tigara pentru cine obisnuieste. Noi vom reveni anul viitor dar vom aduce cu noi si copiii si parintii. Iar statiunea am gasit-o deosebit de cocheta si foarte bine intreținută. Sper ca nu am...
