Hotel Pacsirta Restaurant — Hotel in Sovata

We travelled as a family and made a reservation with baby crib confirmed by the hotel. As we get there, we were told that the baby crib would only be available tomorrow, because today it was given to a family that arrived before us trying to convince us that it's ok if the baby sleeps with us in the big bed. We insisted that we needed it for the whole stay according to the reservation and after a while we were finally given one. Ever since, for the whole stay the receptionist treated us passive-aggressively, for example at some point she told us that the towels had mascara on them and it will be difficult for cleaning and also started arguing with us brutally, telling us we should be thankful for getting the crib the first night. What an amazing hotel and incredibly service minded staffs.

Check in was really quick with no complicated issue, the receptionist explained all details for us clearly.

We are lucky to get to stay in room number 215, that comes with a large area balcony filled with two comfortable beach feeling chairs.

The room is big and beautiful, decorated with traditional hand crafted cushion Romania. Bed is comfy, and clean.

Food and drinks are excellent, above expectation yet affordable price. We love the goulash soup, and my daughter loves her hot chocolate served with caramel biscuits.

Staffs are super friendly and wherever you look, their faces painted with smile, it makes us feel so welcomed.

I strongly recommend this hotel for family vacation and I’ll definitely stay...

The hotel size is large, plenty of area to sit by, and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. ||Check in and check out process is incredibly fast, the receptionists explain all information that we might need. ||Spa and pool area was beautifully maintained. The sauna rooms, steam, hot tub, and swimming pool with the size that we can actually swim, not just for insta were so impressed. ||The room that we got, no. 215 had a huge balcony with a stunning view of the mountain. ||We had shrimps, apple pie with caramel sauce, and hot chocolate. It was really fantastic. ||Most important of all, the smile on staffs face really lights up our stay. ||I strongly recommend Pacsirta hotel and I’ll definitely be staying...
