Pensiunea Beny — Hotel in Târgu Jiu

Worst experience in my life. The room had all the smells possible: smoke (even if there was a no smoke sign in the room), mould smell(from the AC which was unusable because of this but even with AC stooped the mould smell was present) and sink/bathroom smell. The mattress was horrible(you can actually feel the springs). Furniture was in bad condition Bathroom sink tap not properly cleaned. Bathroom fan was dirty and with dirt debris. In order to sleep we left the window completely opened but we were attached by the mosquitos(they should have put some a mosquito net). We had a booking here done to stay when we visited Tg Jiu and we ended up going to another hotel in a hurry. When we arrived (the staff was advised that we are coming around 5 PM) we tried to call the numbers but without any luck, after finding the entrance there where either some people that where living there or checked in that where listing to manele very loud. The entrance to the pension was locked with a metal door and the people that where listing to music upstairs where having an interesting attention to us. Needless to say we left in a hurry and we most definitely not...

Never went but I saw a post about how they left a family at 9 pm roam around to find another place to sleep, although they phoned and confirmed reservation at 4 pm. Such location and such services...
