Hotel Story — Hotel in Târgu Jiu

The hotel room was quite small and the bes uncomfortable. You could feel every metal spring. The Air condotion was very good. There was no aafe and the room was not cleaned. They only emptied the trash bin, which was small and only in bathroom. No minibar bit a fridge was there. Room bad a small balcony and over night doors must be closed due to dog noises of neigbours. We had one time breakfast buffet and one time we had to chose between 3 options. Both had a verylow standard. Cold coffee, only white bread and small varianves of cheese and so on. Decent hotel for a couple of nights. The shower door was broken so I couldn't close it properly therefore the bathroom was flooded with water. They do have minibars in the room but there are no drinks available. The beds are quite comfy and the linen was clean. Poor Wi-fi connection within the building. There was a group of college teens that were staying in the hotel and they made a lot of noise during the evening / night. Quite poor breakfast choice. Lunch was very decent tho' with generous portions and affordable prices. They also have a conference room equipment with everything you might need. (Projector, white board, music...

What can be more "wonderful" after 12h of driving to stay at such a place? We arrived late, after 12am, and this hotel wasn't our choice, somebody else booked it for us for 2 nights. The walls were battered and dirty, there was dust, missing mirror shelves in the bathroom, black grime in the shower, broken/missing floor plinths...There was also a very dirty little chair. Bedding was freshly changed and looked clean, though. Absolutely not worth the money. Needless to say we checked-out the next morning and booked ourselves...
