Hotel Angellis — Hotel in Timișoara

Nice, yet affordable hotel. All staff were excellent, hospitable, and courteous...and they loved my guide dog! Only issue was lack of air conditioning and no bug screen on window (mosquitos ate me alive one night while sleeping). I would go there again...just not in hot weather, (Canadian...anything over 20 c is too hot to me). A bit far to walk to centre/cathedral area, but had rental car. Small parking place with hard access, You have to be very careful not to hit a railing.||At first sight the room seemed clean but then I felt a strong and unpleasant odorant. Very disappointed in our stay. Only 1(one) electrical socket in the whole room! One set of towels for 3 persons, and one set of toiletries. The bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and paint was coming off the walls, bath drain was clogged with old hair. As for the beds.. I've slept better at lower rating hotels. They're very uncomfortable, I woke up with back and neck pains. Do yourself a favor and don't stay there. As others said they're all image and fail to provide the 4 star comfort which they advertise, we paid 4 star cash for 2...
