My feelings after staying for a week with my wife and dog, paying around 120 euros per night (this includes the puppy tax of 10 euros per night):
The food was excellent, we've ordered room service a lot and every time it was tasty. We received a voucher for a free drink each at the hotel bar, but did not use it. I guess it was a substitute for the fact that there wasn't any free water in the room. There is parking on the premises, but it is small and tight, fortunately there's plenty of free parking in the neighborhood. Most of the things in the room (lights, curtains, door signs, temperature, flushing the toilet) are controlled via a touchscreen or tablet, but the whole thing felt over-engineered and flimsy. One night we removed a charger from the outlet and the whole screen fell out (fortunately, the receptionist was able to put it back in). The tablet we had when we arrived wasn't charging and the software on it was slow and unresponsive. Reaching out for something on the nightstand sometimes turned on lights in the room, if you got too close to the screen. And we really never felt in our lives the need to flush the toilet using a proximity sensor. We had a room with a terrace, but the terrace was shared with the next door room and there was no divider. This caused an incident when our dog got startled by our neighbors arriving and started barking at them. There is a TV (normal one, not smart, so no Netflix or anything like that - it's also enclosed in the wall so no way to attach an HDMI cable to view something from a laptop) but the signal was weak and not watchable. This wouldn't have been an issue, but we we're feeling sick for a few days and just wanted to chill in the room and watch some movies or something. They changed our room after the first night, but the issue persisted and it wasn't fixed for the whole time we stayed there. From reading previous reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue and I doubt it's going to be fixed anytime soon. The location is nice, the neighborhood is quiet, and there's a few shops and nice restaurants around. Not too close to the city center, but not that far either. Small closet, we had to leave most of our luggage on the floor. The mini fridge barely cooled anything and there was no way to control the temperature.
Overall, not a bad place, but you can find similar conditions for like...

From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
First and foremost, the location of the hotel is excellent. It is conveniently situated in the heart of the city, with easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether you're a business traveler or a tourist, the central location of the hotel makes it an ideal choice.
The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained. The lobby is stylishly decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff at the reception desk were friendly and attentive.
I stayed in a King standard room, and I was impressed by the level of comfort and cleanliness. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the amenities one would expect from a four-star hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom was spotless with a great shower.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet at the hotel's restaurant. The variety of food options available was impressive, ranging from fresh fruits and pastries to cooked-to-order eggs and local specialties. The quality of the food was excellent, and the staff was always attentive and ready to assist.
Last but not least, I have to commend the hotel staff for their exceptional service. From the housekeeping staff who kept my room impeccably clean to the concierge who provided helpful recommendations and assistance, everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in ensuring my stay was memorable.
