The pension itself is alread overpriced. All in tulcea are. Ugly town, super expensive pensions and hotels generally, especially for romanian Standards. 21€ for a room which is worse than any 2 bed hostel room you will find in the balkans for approx. the same price, minus the kitchen! You would get filthy rich by opening a nice, cheap hostel there.||The room i stayed was small but clean, the bathroom old, working AC, but nothing fancy and also not very cosy.|The room really gets bad with the location because its relatively far away from the center and directly at a busy road. The proprietor Mihai (call me Michael) speaks reasonably good English & it seems nothing is too much trouble. This would probably be a * Hotel but I give it...
