Daniels — Hotel in Văliug

Under no circumstances do i recommend this place, unprofessional service and they’re treating you like fools. Coming with my boyfriend from The Netherlands, we reserved this place 2-3 months in advance, to make sure we will have a nice trip together with my family and no surprises regarding accommodation. Two days before our trip we called the accommodation here and they told us our reservation slightly changed, because there are some actors staying there, and that we would receive two other rooms than what we booked, but under the same conditions. We didn’t get any phone call before, as it would have been normal, but we said ok, as long as we will stay in similar conditions as we booked. When we arrived at the accommodation we were told that unfortunately they don’t really have rooms because of the actors and we were taken to the attic, where there was a dirty and disgusting room, not even cleaned up even though it was 8pm. We refused staying in such conditions and we were promised that in return we will get two other rooms, at nearby villas / hotels, at the same standard as what we booked (double rooms, with own bathroom and balcony). After we walked to 2-3 other places and we eventually found one with available rooms and we were promised they would pay the money difference for us, as soon as we took our luggage to switch place, we were told that actually we will get no money difference and that it’s not their problem. 3 hours of walking around to try to find another available place, promises and lies like I never saw in my life. Absolutely unbelievable the situation and the rudeness of these people. Please stay as far away from this place as possible!

Sub nicio forma nu recomand, serviciu neprofesional si bataie de joc. Venind cu prietneul din Olanda, am facut rezervare la aceasta pensiune cu 2-3 luni, ca sa fim siguri ca vom avea o calatorie placuta impreuna cu familia mea si nicio surpriza cu cazarea. Cu doua zile inainte am sunat la pensiune sa confirmam rezervarea, ni s-a spus ca s-a modificat putin, deoarece in pensiune stau niste actori si ca vom primi alte doua camere, dar in aceleasi conditii. Nu am primit niciun telefon inainte cu aceste informatii, cum ar fi fost normal, dar am spus ok, atata timp cat avem aceleasi conditii. Cand am ajuns la pensiune ni s-a spus ca din pacate nu prea au camere si am fost dusi in mansarda, unde era o camera mizerabila, fara curatenie facuta la ora 8 seara, cu trecere printr-un hol plin de praf si neamenajat. Am refuzat camera bineinteles si ni s-a promis ca primim in schimb alte doua camere, la pensiuneile sau hotelul de langa, la acelasi standard pe care l-am rezervat (camera dubla, cu baie proprie si balon). Dupa ce ne-am plimbat la 2-3 pensiuni pana am gasit ceva disponsibil si ni s-a promis diferenta de bani, cum ne-am luat lucrurile sa ne mutam, ni s-a spus ca de fapt nu vom primi diferenta de bani ca nu este problema lor. 3 ore de plimbari, promisiuni si minciuni cum nu am vazut niciodata. The staff is the family who owns the place. They were very polite and tried to accommodate us as well as they could. The food was good, but the rooms were poorly done.
