Pensiunea Franzdorf Alpin — Hotel in Văliug

We arrived at the hotel after a long working week, just wanting to relax and have a pleasent holiday!I' The check in was at 2 pm. After getting the key we decided to go and enjoy the lake side and the rest of the afternoon! The day was wonderfull. We got back to the hotel at 11 pm. To our surprise when we unlocked the door of our room, there were some other people sleeping inside,having no idea that the room was allready alocated to me,earlyer that day. We rushed to the reception to try and solve the situation but I was very dissapointed by how they tried to solve the situation. Initially they were going to place us in a small service room very dusty and located in the attic. After we refused they tried to call other hotells in the area but there were no rooms availavle. We ended up without a room in the middle of the night. Finally we were able to find a room by ourselves at a place nearby. We came back to the hotel in the morning for a refund but the lady at the reception was very rude and unnapologetic. She told us that she can not be held responsabale and that we are not welcome to this hotel anymore. ||This was a ruined vacation, loss of time and money.||Best luck to you all and stay away from this hotel-Pension Franzdorf Alpin Valiug,judet Caras Severin,Romania-before ...

Apart from a not very comfy bed and nice location this is a bad choice. We stayed there 4 days; during this time nobody neither cleaned our room or took the garbage out or change the towels.You don't even have 2 glasses or 2 chairs to sit on, and the small carpets |were very dirty, the bathroom was dirty and not working very well, the door was not closing well. The breakfast was not bad, but you have to ask for each and everything and the food was obviously a day old.At the bar they overcharged us. The staff was not interested in their clients comfort.They seemed undisturbed every time we complained about anything .They fixed the bathroom but not cleaned the room, as if you have to ask for it. And they pretend they have only one key of the room.|I've choosen this small hotel because it has good reviews (8,1)|It proved to worth less than 6. I've stayed in lots of places, in the middle of nowhere and it was cleaner than here! For 50€/night all they offer is a bed and a roof above your head.|I wouldn't recomend it!...

I stayed just one night at Pension Sara because I was too horrified to stay more. The first thing which was not ok is that we were given some keys for apartment 2 and we entered by mistake in room 2. The keys seemed to work for several doors.||All the walls are stained, there are dead bugs on the floor and in the evening sticky butterflies enter in the bathroom as there is no screen to protect the room from insects (which is mandatory for all pensions). There is no fridge in the room (mandatory for a so called 3 daisies pension) and if you want to drink cold water you have to pay for it (at the sink it is not drinkable). The soap in the bathroom is more of a cleaning solution or something about 3/4 water and 1/4 soap. There were hair strings on the bed sheets although we hadn't sit down on them yet.
