1 star and that is only for the service received from certain staff; some of them them were friendly and accomodating. .We booked 3 nights because that is the minimum you can book for a stay. We really struggled to stay for more than 1 night, we actually wanted to leave straight away but thought we should give it a chance. Ski slope was closed 👎, we were told off twice for putting our little kids (1 and 3) on a sleigh at the bottom of the slope. It's winter now, when does your ski season start? Or do you have an area anywhere where kids can enjoy snow? No playground for children 👎👎. There is absolutely no activity for kids, no slide or swing. We went on the bob once, it was cool but once was enough for kids so small, plus it's not cheap. The spa is messed up. Very very wrong what you are doing there- serving alcohol in the spa 👎👎👎, I don't think I've ever seen it anywhere else and I was shocked to see it here. I'm sure you know the effect of alcohol inside a sauna. Really, you should not allow people to drink alcohol there for the safety of the children and everyone else's. I have seen 2 drunk people while in there with my kids; one was asking for more cocktails..wow!! I would understand enjoying a drink at an outdoor pool, but inside a spa??? Also, the floor of the children's swimming pool is extremely slippery- even if the water is shallow, kids are not able to stand on there because it is so slippery. Standard rooms are ok, but very small. Shower was nice. Food was ok, some dishes quite nice but not enough to wipe off the overall dissapointment. Read moreI had a really bad experience, we wanted to eat with my family at this hotels restaurant but we didnt get our food, in fact we got extremely rudely kicked out. Let me explain. We had a dog and we did not see that you cant go to the outside terasse of the restaurant. We sat down and the waiter came to take our orders without saying anything about our dog. We then waited AN HOUR for our food and it still didnt arrive. Then, another staff member (not the waiter, we dont know who he was) came up to our table and told us that you cant stay here with a dog. My father politely applied "of course i can go out and tie him in front of the building" and then the gentleman looked at us and he really rudely replied "you guys too, everyone get out of here" excuse me but what kind of treatment is that after waiting an hour for our food? Yes its true that we had a dog that shouldn’t have been there (and was behaving perfectly btw) but my father wanted to constructively solve the problem and bring him away, this staff member straight ahead rudely kicked us out! Read moreWe went to the resort today to have lunch and have a go at the Lobigo Bob their on site mini rollercoaster.|When we entered the restaurant there were two people acting as waiters.|A man who was very polite, helpful and professional.|The woman on the other hand was the total opposite . Virtually ignoring us and our request for a table for two. The fact she spoke little English was unimportant. It was her whole attitude that was, in my view, appalling. The man came to take our order and was very jolly and yet professional.|When our food arrived it was lukewarm. Whilst I do not want or expect food to be volcanic hot I do expect it to be hot indicating that it had been properly cooked. Clearly our food had simply been warmed up. It was disappointing.|When it came time to get our bill I asked the female waitress who all but ignored me. Serving two other customers before coming to us to find out what we wanted. I am sure that the male waiter would not have done this.|I am pleased that a gratituity was not included. Overall the food but above all the service was NOT what I was expecting.
