They rate themselves 4 stars, I agree. The room is big and clean, corridors are too dark. It was difficult to find a free power outlet, I had to unplug lantern to plug phone charger. The breakfast was good. They have a 24 hours available gym, equipment is in a good condition. But I couldn't get a bottle of water, because it was too early in the morning and the water from the tap is undrinkable. All in all pretty good place to stay.

Spacious and clean rooms with all necessary equipment. Slippers and bathrobes are available in the rooms. Very good location ( in expat area) with restaurants and bars right next to the hotel. Free Parking available. Breakfast could be better especially for people who dont eat pork products. There’s a good beer house operated by the hotel, i liked the local beer. Overall, good choice for the money.

Very good hotel even for a longer stay. Big parking, good breakfast. Rooms are clean, and the bathroom is well equipped. A bit strange decision to have a window between bathroom and bedroom, but not an issue thanks to the curtain. The bad: restaurant closes at 2200.

The hotel seems like it was really nice in its beginnings, but now it's just ... running.||||The pros:||- big, tall room, with lots of space and big windows;||- big comfy bed;||- good breakfast food and variety;||- big shower cabin using the whole tub;||- excellent towels - clean and soft;||- very nice shower gel and shampoo (plus all the regular accessories for shoes, sawing, etc.);||- decent prices for the mini bar;||- several (redundant) wireless access points from the hotel grounds that you can use;||- close to Starbucks, some pizza place and other shops, plus a Bierhaus in a garden on the ground floor;||- parking spaces available;||- position - North part of Bucharest, with nice neighbours (embassies, consular homes and private schools) and a short(er) ride to Pipera office area;||- total cleaning (bed done, all towels replaced, etc.) done every day (comfort).||||The cons:||- (most probably) I had an ex-smoking room and the smell is still present; it was like staying in a room full of dust;||- totally missing the attention to details (see the pictures);||- annoyingly vibrations and noise from (probably) the air conditioning unit running almost half of the time (on and off every 15-30 minutes);||- constructions running near-by;||- racing done every night in the area (good straight street);||- walls so thing you can easily hear the next-door person snoring;||- twin beds instead of king size;||- limited or no internet connection several times (very disturbing if you need to work);||- diffuse lighting system, not enough to read comfortably after sunset;||- not enough places in the breakfast area (at certain times you need to share a table with a stranger);||- very slow coffee machine (you can fill in your plate while a single coffee is prepared), with a small water tank (needs attention from the supervisor);||- position - North part of Bucharest, with not much to do on a 10 miles radius;||- total cleaning (bed done, all towels replaced, etc.) done every day (ecology).||||As a conclusion, the place has great potential but there are still things to improve for sleep quality and...

Me and my family stayed for 4 nights. We were two adults and 3 children and therefore booked one double room and one "so called" apartment. To my surprise there was no tea/coffee making facility in either the double room or the apartment. The apartment should have had this along with a microwave and some crockery, but there wasn't. I requested for a kettle so that I can make some tea and I was told that it wasn't available. I was kind of turned off considering that this was a 4 star hotel.||||The breakfast was ok, not too good and not too bad.||||As a location, it is on the outskirts of Bucharest, so if you are planning to see the city then this may not be for you. There is a small mall next door with some good restaurants and also Starbucks and a slightly bigger mall down the road. International schools are nearby. This is an area where mostly the expats live who are working in Bucharest. Also the Zoo is nearby at 4 to 5 minutes drive.||||The staff, except for one lady at reception, were helpful and courteous.||||Parking space is not a problem because of lot of parking space at the small mall next door.||||The TV is the apartment was a smart tv, so my children were able to watch Netflix and youtube. However, the TV in the double room was not smart and there I couldn't watch these things.||||Wifi Internet is free but was lousy.||||Checkin time was 2pm, but the hotel allowed us early checkin. I requested for late check out (2 hrs), but never got a feedback if this was ok or not, therefore I checkout...

We went to this hotel as location was convenient and it is supposed to be 4stars.We went with young children, for which a guest of the hotel had a problem and after she shouted at me for the baby waking her up and was insulting me next to the receptionist (who said nothing)we got a call to our room from the receptionist minutes later telling us that if our 2 year old amd 10month old don't stop crying we need to leave, enough said. The children' area(1small room) not only had broken chairs, but also a childrens horse that had staples holding it together, empty shelves covered in dust and I could ho on but I think you get tje idea. The high chairs were quite dirty. On the last day of our stay there was some kind of party in the restaurant so nobody was answering the room service number, and when reception was asked they said they don't know if room service is availble because they are a little busy but she will put us through which again there was no answer. The bath tub looked good, but half the nozzlez were not working. The microwave didn't have a plate and when turned on sparks started flying.O cokld go on and on.Lady at breakfast was amazing and housecleaning...
