I had an amazing time at this mountain resort! The atmosphere is truly wonderful, and the crisp mountain air works wonders for the soul. While the place can get quite packed, I was still able to find some peaceful moments to decompress and unwind. The food was great, especially at Faast Pizza right next door to the slopes — perfect for a delicious and convenient meal after a day on the mountain. We visited Predeal ski as a couple for snowboarding on January 4, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Out of the three slopes advertised, only the nocturnal slope was open. However, it was icy and poorly maintained, making it unsuitable for snowboarding. The ski rental team mentioned that the other two slopes open during the day were also not suitable at this time. It's a shame! The views are amazing and the slope is wide and long, but the infrastructure and the improvised places to eat, the COMPLETE lack of safety measures, the ice on the pathways, lack of parking and full chaos makes one not want to return. There are so many kids playing around but there are metallic stripes poking out the ground. The ice has not been cleaned and you can bearly walk on the sidewalk. NO SAFETY MEASURES anywhere. No...
