Nothing really special, but good, and well priced.|The issues started with dessert.|I wanted the cheesecake. The waitor came and said that they were out. I ask if they have chocolate cake, he says yes, and then proceeds to bring me an apple pie, saying that it's the only one they have. Do not expect a 5 stars hotel, as it is not pretending to be one, but it certainly above a standard 3 stars classification, with nice / modern furnished rooms and above average cleanliness. We had a very nice stay (family of 4), owners are very friendly and looking closely at the business, making sure guests are welcomed. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, bed mattress was good and comfortable, I was able to rest well after a day of skiing which is great (especially with my back hernia).
At the restaurant the food is really good. You will not find a "chef" and a 100 euro steak, but you will find really good and diverse food for a decent money.

Read moreNeseriozitate si lipsa de profesionalism, asa as putea sa rezum experienta traita cu aceasta unitate turistica. Am facut o rezervare pe booking pentru o perioada din sezonul de iarna, am primit confirmarea rezervarii, totul ok. Dupa scurt timp constat ca unitatea de cazare dispare brusc din optiunile de cautare de pe site, le adresez un mesaj in care cer explicatii asupra acestui aspect si primesc un raspuns, o abureala ieftina de genul ca au facut si rezervare telefonica ptr.aceeasi perioada, ca nu au primit si rezervarea mea, ceea ce este o mare gogoasa, ca vor incerca sa solutioneze problema, sa o anuleze cica pe cea telefonica. Am asteptat sa primesc un raspuns din partea lor, care raspuns nu a mai venit, asa cum ar fi fost firesc, profesionist vorbind, am revenit eu cu alt mesaj, iar finalul discutiei s-a rezumat la faptul ca nu s-a putut face nimic si ca rezervarea mea nu poate fi onorata. Opinia mea este ca au blocat dupa primirea rezervarii mele, toate rezervarile transmise pe calea booking, ptr.a le gestiona pe cont propriu, in conditiile lor. Insa, nu puteau sa apeleze la bunul simt in esenta si sa ma anunte ca nu pot onora rezervarea mea?!… Nu mai spun de profesionalim, seriozitatea abordarii clientului, etc... Eu puteam sa stau linistita bine mersi, stiind ca am rezervare confirmata si sa ma trezesc ca ajung acolo si in fapt nu am unde ma caza… Din pacate, lipsa de profesionalism e o trasatura des intalnita a operatorilor din turism la noi in tara si ne mai miram de ce se pleaca in strainatate. Pana acum am avut parte de experiente pozitive la noi in tara, nu am de ce sa ma plang, insa se poate intampla si asa ceva. Asa ca, procedezi in consecinta dupa o astfel de experienta si trimiti mesaje, suni, asigurandu-te ca ai rezervarea confirmata, desi ai primit clar raspuns cu confirmarea rezervarii.
