Green Resort Bran — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

Am stat in vila nr 5, 4 adulti si un copil de 2 ani timp de 7 zile.

PRO locatie linistita camere spatioase priveliste frumoasa loc de joaca pt copii gratar in gradina cu lemne oferite de ei sezlonguri in curte cadou la cazare (vin + bomboane) TV-uri smart, dar foarte basic (dimensiuni reduse, brand necunoscut si foarte putine aplicatii pentru vizionat continut online) proprietarul este disponibil destul de des in cazul solicitarilor plita cu inductie din bucatarie este foarte buna covor de joaca pentru copii este atat de cald in casa incat pe jos este plin de muste moarte de la caldura (NU GLUMESC!)

CONTRA lipsa scaun masa copil mic si patut termostatul este actionat numai de proprietar de la distanta si trebuie sunat in caz de modificari. Ai acceasi temperatura in toata casa (teoretic). Insa la etaj este foarte cald si la parter este decent. Una din camere a avut in permanenta 28.5 de grade (conform termometrului), in ciuda faptului ca ziua draperiile au stat trase si cum se racorea deschidem geamul si il lasam cateva ore deschis; geamul statea intredeschis pe toata durata noptii caloriferele nu se pot regla/inchide casa nu dispune de aer conditionat! balustrada de la etaj este instabila casa nu dispune de dulapuri si niciun spatiu de depozitare casa nu are cuier, are numai 2 agatatoare mici la parter in cazul in care ai haine ude, nu ai unde sa le usuci si nici pe ce sa le pui casa are prea putine prize (ocupate deja) bucatarie insuficient de dotata blatul de la bucatarie este lipicios in permanenta lucrurile de baza de care ai nevoie trebuie cerute, altfel nu se ofera de la sine ( ex. ventilator, intrucat solutia proprietarei a fost "sa tragem draperiile ca sa nu se faca efect de sera") dupa tunderea gazonului, iarba nu este stransa (in cazul nostru a stat 4 zile imprastiata pe tot gazonul) curatenia se face la solicitare conform normelor covid. Dar ce inseamna curatenia: schimbat lenjerie si prosoape, dat un puf de parfum in camera, completat hartie igienica si plecat. Chiuvetele, oglinzile, cabina de dus, podeaua si cosurile de gunoi fiind ignorate complet. Ni s-a explicat ca podelele nu au putut fi spalate, intrucat intr-un colt al camerelor erau puse cateva bagaje, bagaje care stateau acolo pt ca nu aveam unde sa le depozitam in alta parte (din nou mentionez ca nu exista spatii de depozitare si dulapuri). nu am fost sunati niciodata pt a fi intrebati daca avem nevoie de ceva (ex. saci menajeri, detergent vase, filtre cafea)

In concluzie, pretentiile ar fi fost mai mici daca pretul ar fi fost mai mic. Mentionez ca la sosire plata a fost solicitata integral.

Green Resort Bran is a nice place to stay if you want to explore Bran, Brasov and other places nearby. The hosts are great. They even waited for us with some chocolate for Valentine’s Day. The place is clean, they have a nice yard and you can cook your own meals using the BBQ outside. However, there are some things that could be improved or bothered us. We stayed in a villa (duplex) for 2 people and even if we had separate entrances, we could hear a lot of noise from the others, including the noise children made by playing and running... through the ceiling above us. We literally couldn’t sleep when they were awake. Also, the TV’s in both rooms are very small and the distance from the sofa / bed to the TV is big. The heating can be changed only if you contact the hosts... which could be an issue in the middle...

We stayed in Villa Zen. There are several villas with a capacity of 2, 4, 6 or 8 people.||We really liked the atmosphere, the quietness, the attention to details, the cleanliness.|The villa is equipped with almost everything you need: you have an equipped kitchen, your own barbecue in the yard, a terrace at the entrance and a sauna in the bathroom, in addition to the one outside, next to the lake (there is also a jacuzzi) 😁||Like the distance, it's about 5 minutes from Bran (by car). In any case, you have a lot of activities to do in the area and if you just feel like relaxing - you can definitely stay at the location for that.|You also have the Penny store 2-3 min walk away for shopping.||We felt very good and recommend the...
