Hotel Hera Predeal — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

5 mins away from the train station, that is awesome, the rooms are quite big, they don't have much of an equipment in rooms, atleast there is a tv. The food service is delicious, Pizza probabily is the best, I do recommand the morning breakfast. They do have a nice swimming pool with a funny smell. The hotel personel is friendly, only big disadvantage is that the kitchen in the room which can't be used at its full potential & if you are a smoker you'll have hard time finding a spot where you can smoke specially if you are here during winter, wifi signal is poor I had 1 bar out of 5. But I would still recomand this hotel as this is the best you can get for 3...

The location was close to the conference hotel which was convenient. Check In was easy and there was an elevator. Once in the room, it had a sitting room and small kitchen which had only one working outlet. The furniture and especially carpet was dated and well used but clean. It was a little stuffy but opening the windows was useful but there were smokers outside. ||The bed slept well but the laundry was done with strong floral scent. ||The food was good. Good food, big room and clean when you check in but they are not so Keen to keep it clean if you stay longer. They wake us up with a lot of noise working in hotel at noon couple of days witch was nasty since we have a little kid that is sleeping at that hour. The other bad think is that the provided dinner is partially cold, not enough for the number of people that are accommodated and also nothing to drink during dinner, not even tap water so you have to pay for that. After a discussion with the manager she never tried to look for solutions, just for excuses. Sad... that small things like these are affecting such...
