Pensiunea Panorama Pietrei Craiului — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

Such a pitty about the view, which is great. The rooms are also perfect, clean and very large.||We have booked 3 double rooms by phone 2 weeks in advance. They didn't ask for a payment, just to reconfirm once again before arrival. The reservation started on Saturday, so I called on Thursday to announce the administrator that we will arrive late in the evening, at 21.00, because we will hike all day in Piatra Craiului. He asked me to send a sms, so I did, giving all the details: name, hour of arrival etc. He answered: OK. Without any other requests. ||Everything ok, we went hiking and because in Piatra Craiului there is no mobile network, plus the trails is very dangerous, I haven't called him once again, being sure it's all OK.||Therefore, we arrived at the hotel at 20.50 and we were "welcomed" with: "Oh, now you come?"||I was stupefied. I tried to explain the whole story once again....you know, hike, 21.00, sms etc||||The good news was we had the 3 rooms, the bad news was that, in his opinion, we paid to pay more because he was offering us better rooms: triple instead of double and better view: mountains instead of the back of the location...Anyway, we said is not OK, we want to pay what we have established...He was extremely rude and anxious, but in the end, he accepted the initial price, only if we agree to move the next day in the smaller rooms We said Yes, also.||The next day, all good, we moved and went once again hiking.||But unfortunately, our experience had to become even worse, in the evening. Around 10 pm we wanted to try the jacuzzi in the yard and because there were some teenagers (accommodated at the tents) in it, we announced them that we would like to use it, also. Apparently, that was a big mistake, because we started a big fight. The teenagers were friends with the son of the administrator... So, we were invited, but in a very impolite way, to get out the jacuzzi. ||We explained he has no sign saying we are not welcome to use it, any tax displayed and on the internet, it is included in the free benefits, along with the coffee machine, TV in the dining, playground, barbeque, parking etc.||Ah, and last mention: after our disagreement, the kids returned to the jacuzzi, played guitar ...together with the administrator and made loud noise until 2.30 in the nifght. It was a blast.||Overall, we...

The view with the peaks of the Piatra Craiului Mountains is breathtaking, and the rooms are allright. Nevertheless, there is only one small kitchen for all the rooms, which does not suffice. Besides the general hygiene in the context of Coronavirus pandemics is severely lacking. In four days spent at the location only once came someone to take the trash from the room, after I complained about it. The tables inside and outside seem not to be disinfected and no disinfectant is being placed for use after the families/groups have their meals (the owner maintains he does it once per day, but serious doubts persists). The discussion about these issues with the business owner rapidly turned sour, mainly because he sees no need to improve services. Their language was...

Pe cat sunt de frumoase locatia, cazarea in sine si privelistea, pe atat e de suparat si nepoliticos cu oaspetii administratorul locatiei. Acest Mister Feri se crede Dumnezeu. Desi noi platim, nu se mai aplica "Clientul nostru, stapanul nostru".

De cand am ajuns, ne-a intampinat la ora 21.00 sambata seara cu un "calduros": "Pai acum veniti?" Asta cu toate ca a fost sunat joi si i s-a explicat ca noi sambata incepem dimineata la 9 traseu si ajungem seara la 21.00. Si sa ne astepte, ca venim 100%. A zis dati-mi sms, ca nu am agenda si suna telefonul incontinuu. Ok, fair enough, Am trimis un sms foarte detaliat, la care a confimat ca e OK.

Numai ca el, in cursul zilei de sambata, se asteapta sa il sunam din nou pentru confirmare... cu toate ca toate ca avea sms si vorbisem joi. Se pare ca m-a sunat si el toata ziua..Si era foarte suparata ca nu i-am raspuns....numai ca in Crai nu e retea mobila,..,,doar in cateva locuri, la refugii.....Avand in vedere ca traseele de creasta sunt foarte grele si periculoase, nici nu m-am gandit sa stau sa dau telefone. Mai ales ca stabilisem deja tot ce trebuia stabilit.

Asa ca dupa ce ne ridicase oricum tensiunea cu atitudinea ostila, ne-a anuntat senin ca numai are dublele la 125 lei, ci triplele la 150 lei si sa o consideram o super oferta!!! Daca nu le vrem, suntem liberi sa plecam. I-am spus ca nu e ok, ca nu asa am stabilit.... Anyway, in the end, am primit camerele, la pretul stabilit initial, cu conditia sa ne mutam a2a zi in camerele mai ieftine..... Asa am si facut si speram sa fie totul OK pana la plecare. Dar nu... si din pacate, experienta noastra a devenit una si mai negativa. Pentru ca am hotarat sa intram duminica seara in ciubar, fara sa ii cerem voie [nu exista semn ca ar fi contracost- nici in receptie, ici in alta zona], s-a decis sa ne dea afara ....din nou cu o atitudine scandaloasa.. acuzandu-ne ca la 125 lei, mai vrem si ciubar? Mai ales, ca pe turistinfo, era mentionat ca serviciu inclus, la fel ca parcarea, locul de joaca, gratarul samd. S-a dezis de site-ul mentionat... motivand ca ei au preluat gresit informatia.. Dar pe de alta parte, locatia nu are site-ul ei sa putem verifica statutul ciubarului. Sau cel putin nu l-am putut gasi.

nota 2 o consideram generoasa. Dar fara acest "domn", pensiunea...
