Pensiunea Valea Cetatii — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

Booked a room for 1 night. Nothing to say about the place. Nice and quiet. Very close to dino park. We checked in - one young girl at the whole property left as host. Gave us the key to the room and the front door, showed us the room. We went straight to dino park as it was nearly 5pm…. We came back to the property - no one in, door left in the door on the inside and the door have no way of entering the property. With a 3 year old in the car horning and knocking on the door… called the number provided which was off… ended up contacting the company we booked the room with and eventually they had to relocate us… 9pm at night… nothing against the property - looked good. Not sure how the food is as didn’t get a chance to eat… not sure if beds are comfy as didn’t get to sleep in them… but would not go back…. Risking end up homeless...

Really lovely place and the owner Cristi,even we didn’t actually slept there but we were there day and night as we had some friends that actually had rooms there he treat us like we were friends and that made us feel really really nice! Thank you for everything you guys are amazing! And to be honest what an amazing place so quiet and peaceful and to top it off we manage to actually see the Bears 🐻 last night and that was absolutely beautiful!
