One star for the room and one for the location. The room was cosy, visually appealing and just the same as shown in pictures. The location was good, close to reach some famous spots. But that’s that.

The entrance is not noticeable and you might miss it if you don’t look properly enough! No fancy reception or waiting area. In fact no elevator - so keep in mind you have to carry your luggage two floors up by stairs. Not a good thing for tourists who are half tired throughout their trips. The moment you enter, there is a weird smell in the hotel - like that of closed spaces during winters. Two days back I was in Moscow at another hotel but it was far better.

If you are a regular traveler and are accustomed to buffet breakfast spreads, do not expect that here. The room had just the slippers, shower gel, soap and shampoo in toiletries. No toothpaste, dental or vanity kits. No kettle, no water bottles or tea/coffee supplies, no tissue paper box. We asked for water bottles, she said there is no water. There was only a jug kept outside that can be used but it wasn’t enough for us.

There is a common dining area where the kettle is kept- the lady in-charge would ask what you prefer having in breakfast and would cook it for you. She gave us the choice of porridge or scrambled eggs. So basically two items on the breakfast menu. Toast was cold and no toaster available in that common dining area. There was a cake, some cookies, and two three more items on the breakfast table. In case you wish to have tea/coffee again in the evening or something, you got to get your own tea/coffee/sugar because the tea/coffee supplies are removed after breakfast from the dining area.

We booked the hotel through Ostrovok app and it had mentioned that there is a luggage storage facility. We wanted to go out explore some places before our return to Moscow so we checked out and requested the lady in charge to keep our luggage for a few hours. But she charged us 200 rubles just to keep the bags. Most hotels offer free of cost luggage storage facility. None of the staff speak English. All in all, I wouldn’t...

The room was excellent, just as in pictures. Location was good and lively not in a secluded area. Room No 7 has the view of the road but you won’t feel the noise. The fact that you have to climb two stairs with your luggage was the biggest drawback of the place. The entrance will disappoint you and once you enter the hotel there is a weird smell, like of closed spaces. Очень понравилось расположение отеля. В пешей доступности находились почти все достопримечательности. Это и было основным критерием при выборе апартаментов. Хотелось бы отметить демократичность цены. Поэтому какое-то нюансы по самому номеру не вызывали каких-то больших вопросов. Очень сильно смутил запах в коридоре. Каждый раз поднимаясь по лестнице хотелось не дышать вовсе… Было сломано окно (не открывалось в режиме проветривания), но по словам хозяйки эту проблему должны устранить в ближайшее время. В целом, наше пребывание можно назвать вполне себе удачным, за исключением одного неудобного и неприятного для нас момента. В день отъезда мой супруг сделал себе кружку чая (которым можно пользоваться) и кружку кофе для меня (которым пользоваться, как оказалось, нам нельзя по причине того, что у нас в стоимость проживания не включен завтрак). Это увидела женщина, которая занимается приготовлением завтрака, а может она и есть администратор… (точно не знаю) и отчитала моего супруга… Злополучная кружка кофе, увы, уже была сделана и я ее выпила…) выходя из номера, чтобы сдать ключи, к нам подбежали и сказали, что с нас 350 рублей. Если мы не верим, можем позвонить директору и поговорить с ней лично. Если честно… почувствовали мы себя крайне неуютно!!! Смутило и отношение, и тон, и цена… ))))) Боже, это была обычная кружка черного кофе, не раф или какое-нибудь капучино…. И мне его доставил и приготовил мой супруг, а не бариста… Деньги, конечно, мы заплатили, но впечатление было испорчено 🤷🏻‍♀️ мы уже спускались, а в спину нам продолжали причитать, что кофе хозяйка покупает дорогой, а у нее (ответственного сотрудника) 12 лет за плечами в этом месте и она эти деньги не себе в карман кладет. Поэтому мой совет, если хотите вкусный кофе, не поленитесь, спуститесь и пройдите в ближайшую кофейню. Поверьте, удовольствие вы получите...
