I recently stayed at this hotel in Moscow for four nights, and it exceeded all my expectations.
The location is undoubtedly one of its strongest assets. Situated conveniently near the Kitay-Gorod metro station and within a comfortable walking distance from the iconic Red Square, it offered unparalleled accessibility to Moscow's major attractions. Additionally, the abundance of restaurants in close proximity provided a wide array of dining options.
The room itself was well-appointed, providing a comfortable and cozy retreat for a couple. The attention to cleanliness and order was evident throughout, contributing to an overall inviting atmosphere.
What truly set this hotel apart was the exemplary service. The staff took note of our breakfast preferences, ensuring a seamless and efficient start to our mornings. Their flexibility in accommodating an early breakfast due to our train to St. Petersburg was a standout gesture of their dedication to guest satisfaction.
The inclusion of heated rods for drying clothes was an unexpected yet immensely practical feature that added a unique touch of convenience to our stay.
In summary, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the prime location to the attentive and accommodating staff, every aspect contributed to a memorable and enjoyable stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Moscow, and I look forward to returning...

Read moreI would probably give this hotel a 3.5 rating if I could. There was much that I liked - the location was very good (walking distance to Zaryadye Park and Red Square), rooms were quirky and nice, food from the restaurant was good and hotel guests received a discount making it good value. But there was also quite a lot that could have been better... the quality of the breakfast was not very good (cheap ham, cheese, coffee), the toiletries were awful (cheap plastic sachets) and the pillows were poor quality. The staff were pleasant but a little laid back.|This hotel has got a lot going for it and with improvements in service and quality levels it could be...
