The hotel is definitely quite good by itself. Impeccably clean, Nespresso coffee makers in superior rooms, decent amenities, very competitive restaurant, free shuttle to the underground station and (mostly) excellent service personnel. Also, you can find lots of carsharing vehicles around. The location is mediocre: very few overpriced cafes/restaurants and a construction site just next to the hotel. The underground is far: 20 mins by foot. Anyone smiling at the security can get to any floor — not good. The aircon does not cool rooms: the management only allows it working in the fan mode (cost-saving?) even when asked by a guest to switch it on. You have to open a windows — and voilà, the harsh sounds of construction works come up! Minus one point, then. There are only two medium-size pillows in a room. When asked to provide two more, I was only given one (too many guests are asking, u know..). If that is true, why not purchase more &ucking pillows, for goodness sake?! A guy at the bar (a newbie, I was told) never smiles and never talks to customers. He is such a contrast to others. Minus one more point, OK. However, I would certainly return if the management fixes the problem...
