The best thing in the room is the view My reservation was junior suite in the 30 floor which gave us amazing view , the bed is not good, the pillows is the worst , everyday I wake up with back and neck pain, the housekeeper are kind When we came for check in we brought our luggage with us there was no body to help us with trolley or anyone to help us with our luggage, When we came for check in we were waiting until 3:00 pm for check in , we asked the receptionist if there is anybody could help us with our luggage or at least a trolley I will drive it from outside to the room, she told us bring them by yourself!!! Is that 5 star hotel ?!! The same thing happened in the checkout we ordered a trolley for our luggage because we saw some people are using the trolley and there was people who help guests for their luggage , after we called them to send someone to help us they said ok 10 minutes and he will come to you, unfortunately we waited more than 30 minutes and no body come !! We decided to take our bags by ourselves and when we reached the reception we asked them no one come to us she said he is going now to your room!! Seriously!!! In the other hand the hotel has a coffee shop near to the lobby, their coffee is good but the sandwiches I don’t recommend them Also their was a restaurant which close by 10 pm but after the restaurant is closed the bar is open and they provide good food options We did not try the breakfast The hotel is far from the center it is about 15 minutes by taxi There was sberbank near from the hotel about 6...
Read moreRadisson Blu, a luxurious hotel in the heart of Moscow’s Olympic area, offered a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The friendly front desk staff, particularly Darya, provided comprehensive information and assistance throughout my stay. I was delighted to be accommodated in a spacious, comfortable room on the 22nd floor, offering a breathtaking city view.||The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise, featuring an assortment of fresh fruits and delectable pastries. However, I must admit that the scrambled eggs, a buffet staple, could have been more flavorful. Additionally, the sweets offered lacked the same taste level as those found in other venues.||One aspect that disappointed me was the pricing of food items in the lobby. While the prices were reasonable for the food quality, I found them a bit excessive compared to other hotels in the area. For instance, a single espresso price tripled the regular price, which seemed excessive.||Another downside was the limited availability of late checkouts, which can be inconvenient for travelers with flexible schedules.||Despite these minor flaws, Radisson Blu offers a range of amenities and is conveniently located in the heart of Moscow. However, there is room for improvement in food pricing and late checkout options. Overall, I had a positive experience at this hotel and would recommend it to travelers seeking a luxurious and well-located...
Read moreThis hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed so far. We know how bad some hotels’ temperature setting in the room can be, esp during winter. But Raddison Blu didn’t disappoint! Not only that, but the heated tiles in the toilet was amazing!!! Coming out of showers were always cold and miserable but with the heated flooring, I never have to be scared! The room is clean and the housekeeper comes around a few times to make sure she doesn’t miss any room. The service rendered by the hotel staff were fantastic! I went to Alexander Pankrakhin for help to book ice skating tickets because of language difficulty I faced on the website. He’s very patient and helpful! Even help us translated and help us with the payment! The recep Munskin (I hope I got his name right) was also very delightful. He helped us to book white rabbit restaurant and has a very warm smile! I love the superb service I’m given. How I wish I could stay here for Long! Thank you so much Raddison Blu...
