Mera Houses — Hotel in Biljurashi

It was a pathetic stay at Mera apartment. From the time we checked in, I kept asking for a towel. Thete was just a single towel at the washroom. Although I asked for it 3-4 times. |We never got it !!!|We are a family of four. We mentioned that at the time of checked in. Moreover, We took an entire apartment. What did they expect? We will all share one friggin towel ?! Or that 3 of us (apart from one person) don't plan to shower the entire stay there?! Poor service!! ||The apartment was just cleaned when we entered. The floor was wet and reeking of used floor mop. There was some debris with water on the mopped floor. The kitchen sink was very dirty, discoloured and dirty. There was a disgusting floor towel kept inside the toilet. They could have done without it. Why keep such a disgusting looking thing inside the washroom. I felt so nauseous. I have attached a pic of the towel. I didn't like the washroom one bit. Too congested. Also there weren't enough toiletries. |I feel the stay wasn't worth the 354 Sr we paid for a night. At them most it was worth 180- 200 Sr . |||Only positive was the reception person was well spoken and polite. The bedroom was spacious and equipped with a comfortable mattress. The kitchen had a functioning washing machine, microwave, water kettle...

I would say this place met higher than our expectations. We made our booking through booking.com and wanted to check the quality of the rooms prior to check in and we found that they offer authentic 4 star hospitality amenities. The owners have given some attention to detail to ensure guests are given a comfortable stay.

People at 1st contact point make a difference to your choice and we had that experience at this hotel.

One least comment would be that it’s time to change the linen but the rest is all perfect!

We spent one night in this hotel. We upgraded to a two-room apartment upon arrival. It was an expensive stay. The bathroom is a wet room without a designated shower stall. We had to request toilet paper. It was clean, large, and had a well equipped kitchen. There were two TV's. We enjoyed the dining table and living area. We had to request batteries for the remote controls and they came quickly. The beds were okay, but a bit hard. The desserts we ordered were not at all sweet. The breakfast is not included.
