They checked us in early which was good. The room 412 was a connecting room so the door to the connecting room was locked and the handle was pulled off. It left an iron bar protruding which could have hurt someone. The bathroom was already showing rust and the bathroom door wouldn't close or lock, it also gave an old hospital feel because of the green walls and floor. It took 3 seperate calls between 2 pm to 11 pm for the reception just to get us 2 complimentary water bottles. Next day we wanted to call room service but apparently all the numbers they provided were mixed up the restaurant said they don't do room service. The reception insisted it was the restaurant.at the end it was too late and we had to leave and only then they called from the reception asking what we would like to order for room service. Middle of the night the ac broke down and wasn't cooling so next evening they changed our room to 111 but didn't update in their system. Next early morning they checked in someone else into our room who walked in at 6 45 am and woke us up. Later we requested late check out which they accepted so that was good of them especially after everything we endured. Breakfast was included so it was good. Room had coffee tea amenities. Hotel has parking space. The windows were super dirty in all rooms they showed us. Hotel is in a great location so it has a good future. But for now the employees need a lot of training to reach 3 star...

Eateries, cafes, grocery store and laundry places all at walking distance. ||Malls were a short drive away, and Corniche not too far either. ||The only downside was the breakfast. It was not satisfactory at all. The breakfast area was completely deserted (except for one or two people) when we went. None of the dishes were labelled, unlike other regular breakfast buffets. Nothing tasted great either. It was the saddest breakfast ever. We didn’t even bother going down the rest...

AC in room was extremely noisy. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows more like sponges.
Parking spaces are insufficient so if you arrive late at night, you'll park far and walk
Breakfast is terrible, served later than scheduled, coffee is worse than a European Tourist Hotel coffee. Plastic utensils and paper thin napkins.
Parking slope is unsafe, a water drain literally spills onto the slope.
Shampoo fragrance is different than Body Gel fragrance.
I can go on but enough for now. Just find a...
