Joe & The Juice — Restaurant in Eastern Province

Look everything I tried tastes good and the place is neat, but when I entered and stood at the counter to order, everyone was busy and hurriedly went left and right, so I patiently stood waiting for someone to come and take my order. I called two of the workers but they ignored me and paid no attention as if i wasn’t there. Then a third one did and told me that it’s the pick up area (admittedly I didn’t notice it) so I thanked him and went to order from the specified counter. He told me to wait for 3-4 minutes, and I waited for 10. As I was waiting, the music was so loud and the base head drilling, one of the customers had to get up and tell them to turn it off because it was so annoying. I then went to ask for my order cause it took double the time they told me it would, and I noticed the drive thru worker putting my drink in one of the bags, even though mine had a special order, and of course mistakes happen, but if my order was ready and only a handful of customers were there, why has no one called out for my order?

In general the place is nice and the food is tasty, but music choices should be reconsidered and customer service should be more friendly.

This restaurant comprises of many sandwiches, shakes, juices and coffee with varying of options. Dine in and drive thru as well. The quality of food given is good and acceptable, some are unique and others are average.

However, the atmosphere is all over the place, annoying and full of echoes that ruin the experience. Even the music is loud and not appealing. You can’t sit comfortably in the branch due to the annoying environment. The outside tables are not fully taken care of, some of them are covered with umbrella while others are left without care.

The service is very bad out there, they have many staff that do NOT serve you and depend on the cheap way of giving you a bleeper to receive your order. Many of the staff have attitude and grumpy most of the time. They don’t open the door for you, they don’t greet you well, they don’t serve the food or bring it to your table. Even though they are over staffed, yet they don’t use this for the advantage of giving good service. They should be trained how to serve and act to attract customers to return to the restaurant. Because such attitude will deviate me and any of my friends to recommend returning...

My friend was craving for there juice. She said it was nice. We went but the cue in the drive thru was really long.  We received our order almost 40 minutes. First time we waited that long only for a juice. We were upset so she tell to the guy that they served so slow and it needs to be fast coz some of us were just having our break for an hour & its a drive thru so it needs to be quick. He apologized, but he was supposed to gave the juice to her coz it was on his hand but he bring it again inside. They gave our order separate. We were upset coz they might do something with it. Im sorry If we became paranoid but it was supposed to be not like that.
