A Truly Comfortable and High-End Experience at Ramada Wyndham Makkah

We had a fantastic stay at Ramada Wyndham Makkah. From the moment we arrived, everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The room was spotless with brand-new fittings and a well-equipped bathroom stocked with generous amenities—shampoo, combs, bath towels, robes, slippers, and more. It really felt like they’d thought of everything.

One of the most considerate touches was the inclusion of a prayer mat, a copy of the Qur’an, and a clearly marked Qibla direction in the room. It made settling in and maintaining our routine so much easier. There’s also a peaceful prayer room downstairs, which was a lovely space for quiet reflection.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was both adjustable and highly effective—ideal for the Makkah heat. What really elevated the experience was the hotel staff. They were consistently friendly, responsive, and professional, giving the whole place the feel of a high-end hotel.

We didn’t use the shuttle to the Haram, opting for taxis instead, which were easy to find and cost around 20 riyals each way, taking about 15 minutes. Downstairs, there are plenty of affordable gift shops and supply stores—great for picking up essentials or souvenirs without breaking the bank.

A special mention goes to Arshad and Mamud, our room assistants. They went above and beyond to help us, always looking to serve with sincerity rather than expecting a tip. Their kindness and dedication truly stood out.

I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine...

Exceptional Experience at Ramada Makkah

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada Makkah hotel, and I must say, it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, Fahd at the reception desk warmly welcomed us and ensured a seamless check-in process. His impressive service and friendly demeanor set the tone for the rest of our stay.

Throughout our time at the hotel, Fahd continued to offer exceptional support, constantly checking in on us to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. His dedication to providing top-notch service was evident in every interaction, and we truly appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond.

The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with the King room offering a spacious layout and the Twins room accommodating our needs perfectly. The hotel's facilities and amenities were also impressive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

What struck me most was Fahd's genuine interest in ensuring our stay was nothing short of excellent. His professionalism, combined with his warm smile and friendly nature, made us feel valued and appreciated.

I highly recommend the Ramada Makkah hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Fahd's exceptional service is just the beginning – the entire hotel team provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel...

I had stayed only 1 night. The hotel was really clean and tidy so room was. The receptionist were really professional and prompt. The thing that amazed me that i just came from a five star hotel that was inside haram and i had to checkout from there due to the non availability of room as we have extended our stay for one more day but, reaching to Ramada and seeing their staff, room and calmness was really overwhelming. The amenities they provided even have no comparison with 5 star like sewing kit, shoe brush etc all in beautiful packaging. Iron , weight machine also available. The bathroom was not big but tidy. I was bit petrified regarding the distance to masjid al haram . Good thing is this its pretty close , the taxi driver charged 30 sar each time as we avoid bus due to the kid. The bus took us to bus station which is a little bit far from gate 79. So if anyone planning for tawaf then they need to walk alot but for salah you can easily reach the...

This is a very good hotel for those who are looking for quality and traveling on a budget. It is about 10min bus ride away from Masjed Al Haram. Hotel shuttle runs 24 hours approximately at 30 min intervals. Drop off location is not bad at all. You can walk to Safa entrance in about 10min. We stayed 3 nights and used the bus frequently; no complaints there. Rooms are clean and modern, though a little small just like any other hotel in Makkah. There were 3 single beds in our room and still some room for prayer mats Bathroom are renovated and feels upscale. Receptionists are very receptive; we needed toothbrushes and they provided us with a few. There is a convenience store right outside of you need snacks or water. Breakfast is not the best with few selections and service is mediocre at best. Hotel should improve on that end. There is a nice Masjed in the hotel and there is a group prayer at each Salah time.
