Review:

Overall Experience: Very Nice, 10/10

I will cover all the aspects of this stay in detail so this maybe a long review.

Availability:

We reached the hotel @ 2 AM and they still had a room for a family. However, Family room with 4 Single Beds was unavailable at that moment. Instead they had a room with 2 Single Beds and a Queen Sized bed.

The Reception and Customer Service:

Even though we reached very late, The Receptionist was there. He kindly answered all our queries about the Room and the luggage carrier was very quick in showing us the room and helping us move our stuff. Calling the reception multiple times in intervals to ask for things like towels, tissue boxes, etc was no hassle at all as they would answer and send us the requested items in no time. The hotel staff didnt rush us for checkout and were very calm about when we checkout and also allowed us to leave after Asr even though the Actual Checkout time was 3 pm.

The Room Itself:

As mentioned, We booked a 2 Single Bed, 1 Queen Sized Double Bed room which was a 2 BHK apartment. It was very clean and neat and had no smell whatsoever. The bathrooms were clean, as so were the kitchen and the other rooms. ACs, fridge and a microware were available along with a electric stove and a electric kettle. All applianced were working properly except that one of the stove burners didnt but the others did. A very minor thing to be noticed was that one of the walls had the removed had the come off in the lower which looked a bit shabby but it wasnt noticible. Telephone and TV worked and the room had a WiFi connection which was pretty good. They also provided us with thin mattresses and blankets upon request. No issue with beds and We had a good sleep.

Parking:

The Hotel had its own parking which was still available and they asked for our keys incase they needed to move our car as We had to park behind somebody else's.

Location:

It was pretty close to a mosque where we prayed Al Jumah Prayer, a grocery store, barber shop and close to the main highway too. Driving to Al Azizia Area and nearby Flamingo Mall takes 5-10 minutes.

Price:

The Rooms price for a night was 300 SR and was fixed. The Receptionist had mentioned that this price was increased on the hotel booking site, Booking.com.

The hotel had a small stall for snacks and that drinks.

Overall a very nice stay and would love to visit this property...

This hotel is located inside the city. Its not like one room. They give you like kinda of a apartment to stay in depending on which package you take it's gonna come with a kitchen and the rooms are clean on upper floor....

It's a safe place.

Security don't allow random people to walk in it !

I noticed they are well tied with good relationships to different companies!

Good parking place, they get cars washed here as complimentary by...
